We recently had the pleasure of working with Lady Michelle having replaced their deck ware.

Our Operations Manager joined us this year having worked with the hydraulics arm of the Feadship machine for many years... making MHS the most experienced team when it comes to these incredible works of engineering.

'The Beast' is in action!

STP Shipyard Palma’s latest acquisition, the 1000tn travelift has succeeded in lifting over 1000tns, and performed her first #superyacht lift for our client, the beautiful Vitters Shipyard built S/Y Ganesha.

The addition of the 1000tn travelift to STP continues to solidify STP as the No.1 refit centre in the Med.

Book your refit in plenty of time. Contact Russ@rsb-rigging.com to discuss your rig refit requirements.

Last week the riggers pulled the rig belonging to sailing yacht Mondango.

S/Y Mondango boasts carbon fibre masts by Southern Spars which hold fully battened in-boom furling.

Last week two more big rigs came down at the hands of our highly skilled riggers... Long standing RSB client, Starry Night, built by Oyster Yachts in 2009, had her rig removed at the end of last week.

Here are a few kind words from Captain Roger Whyld, after the last time we worked on the Starry Night rig in 2014:

''RSB has been my preferred rigging company in Mallorca since 2008. As the company expanded they maintained the bespoke rigging service and recruited a brilliant team.
When we scheduled the ‘5 year’ rig inspection, NDT, service and refit for Starry Night in October 2014, RSB were the natural choice. The team at RSB completed the project in the very limited time-frame available with impeccable integrity and to exacting standards. Regular updates of the refit progress and any changes or additional items were explained logically with a solution to ensure the refit stayed on schedule.
The combined efforts of the RSB team have improved the rig and rigging set-up on Starry Night over the past 4 years which have in turn enabled us to sail the yacht more effectively and efficiently.
Steve, a big “thank you” to you and all the team at RSB and we look forward to the next 10 years.''

The beautiful +Vitters Shipyard built Ganesha is in our midst this winter. Last week Ganesha's rig was removed by our riggers in STP Shipyard Palma in order to begin her Future Fibres EC6 five year service and paintwork.

Launched in 2013, this luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Dubois.
