Great news: the Kia Soul got all As plus one B on this stringent Car Seat check! http://bit.ly/1IaB55w #KiaSoul #Kia #CarSeat #Safety
Kia's quirky box probably doesn't immediately jump to mind when you think of a family vehicle, but the Kia Soul has more room for kids and cargo than its compact dimensions suggest. The gas-powered Kia Soul, which was redesigned for the 2014 model year, performed admirably in our Car Seat Check, ...

Need a vehicle that does well with carseats and has a third row? Check out the 2015 Kia Sedona! http://bit.ly/1AmNzkC #Kia #Sedona #CarSeats #DrivingwithKids
After years as one of the most uncompetitive and underwhelming minivans in the class, Kia's Sedona is completely revised for 2015 as a boldly styled, comfortable, capable family hauler. By definition, minivans are purpose-built family vehicles, so they should have no problem accommodating a slew ...

I received a letter from Rosen Kia,apparently it was an email regarding my current vehicle, stating that "this is one of the vehicles we discussed in our meeting yesterday" Im sure it was just a big plan and not a "real" email,I purchased a 2006 Kia in 2006..brand new..swore I would never go anywhere else as I was SO happy with it! 2009 went back to purchase another, after this visit, swore I would NEVER go back! Ok,so 2010 I decided to give them one more chance, one of the car dealers called me..and called me and called me and made the whole situation sound so good I couldnt pass this up,ok,when it comes to the last and final stages of actually buying the car...WHAM! I was hit with unexpected..EVERYTHING! Swore i would never go back! Ok..like the big dummy i seem to be because I keep giving Kia chances..I get a the letter 3/19/15,call the dealership and someone calls me back because have to leave a message,So i take the call and they make it sound so good..again,that I simply cannot pass this up..."Pay off your car" "low interest rate" "no down payment"..yada yada yada..get there at about 9:15am this morning (3/20/15) the guy im working with was an ok person to talk to..could use some more personality, overall, nice guy,not so nice what he comes back with and the amount of money I would have to pay!And theres really nothing he could do for me! Really?? So I say to him.."So this letter was just a waste of my time eh?" guy: " Yea..basically"..Me: " Do me a favor,TAKE MY NAME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST!" Now I work in customer service,I would NOT let any client of mine leave unhappy, specially with all the competition out there and word of mouth goes a long way,I have indeed have told several people about the service here, good and bad, now,I cant even talk about it to my dog.I cant even sleep knowing I made the BAD decision to go back to this place knowing what they did to me 2 yrs ago and I STILL have the vehicle,( I love that car tho),Now I have to live with the fact that I went back there like a fool and let them do this to me again....NEVER AGAIN!

Refreshing great car dealer experience! Grabbed first person I saw in lot, which turned out to be Jeff Rosen. Told him what I needed, which was a real long shot (a lot for low paymentts, without money down etc). He asked if I liked the Nissan I was trading in, I told him I loved it just couldn't afford the monthly payments following recent Divorce and move...He crunched numbers, (1 time-NOT BACK AND FORTH BACK AND FORTH LIKE PAST EXPERIENCES OTHER PLACES), and came out saying I'll put you in brand new, upgraded version-any color I wanted, for within $10 of what I was asking for! And with a month delayed payment to help further still. The rest was a smooth, quick, friendly, no pressure transaction with sales woman Madelyn, then Don in Finance. Absolutely amazed at how I was treated and the deal I got! Mary C

Thank you for meeting with my son, Dustin, and helping with his car purchase. Everyone was helpful. Its one thing to hang a sign about service however its another to have it as a culture. Great job!

I had another great experience while leasing another vehicle with Rosen Nissan. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and they really seem to want to get me in a new vehicle that is within my means and that I am very happy with leasing. So, I'm now driving a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder and lowered my monthly payments. How much better can it get than that? Thanks to Anthony Weide and Jeff Rosen for making this a transaction a wonderful experience. I would recommend you go there first and go there last to acquire your next vehicle.

It was truly a pleasant experience, from the moment we walked in the door on a busy Saturday, with no appointment, we were warmly greeted. The sales manager made sure we were taken care of and our sales person Kevin was great. Anthony took care of us when we picked up our new vehicle as Kevin had a family emergency and he also did a great job.

NOT FOR SERVICE !!! Loved buying here, but...service is embarrassing ! Over promise and under deliver is the name of the game here on multiple occasions. Took my vehicle here after an accident thinking I would get the best result...WRONG...They estimated a week to 10 days. Almost 4 weeks later I picked up a car that still had body damage (hood) and paint that looked like my 10 year old had done it (finger prints and dirt under the clear coat). Not to worry though, the second time they painted it, only half of the defects remained :( The worse part is that the mechanical work (steering) was left dangerously unfinished. Upon driving the car home (the second time we picked it up) it pulled so hard, that you had to use two hands on the wheel to stay on the road. Needless to say, it went back again. This time, the service lead was very short and rude (seemed very annoyed that I had the gall to bring this thing back a third time). After insisting on seeing the alignment report, it was obvious (some values out of spec by 400%) that it had never been done after they replaced some of the steering components. Dangerous and frustrating (considering I had paid top dollar for the repair). The service manager's cluelessness reached a peak, when he asked me to give his department a top rating in the impending customer service survey. Hmmmpf I still love my KIA, buy one ... but stay away from service here !
