When I first leased my vehicle the wrong mailing address was on my statement, this was found out by recieving a phone call from collections stating I havnt paid in 30 days. Apperenty when the paperwork had been submitted something was wrong. I did not realize that the statement did not arrive because it goes to my work for payment. When I found out I paid this immediately. None the less I have a late hit on my credit report due to this.I recently turned my car into Rosen Kia after a lease, 15 days later the car received 3 toll violations from Illinois. I called Rosen Kia and spoke to the lease department and received terrible service. First they said there was no one available and I would need to call back. I requested that they call me. They never called. I then called 4 days later and spoke to another person in the lease department. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was completely belligerent making me feel as if it were my fault. After arguing with the employee for about 5 minutes and explaining that this is something created by Rosen not by me, I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to speak to his manager. While on hold the voice over came on and declared that Jeff Rosen is concerned about their customer, how ironic. Don Kramer answered and asked for a copy of the citation to be faxed. I did this and we will see how it turns out. If I could rate a no star I would.

Outstanding salespeople. Anthony was great, we have purchased a lot of vehicles, but we have never been treated with exceptional service as Anthony gave us. We will definitely recommend our friends who may be looking for a car or truck to go and see Anthony.

even though I was there for 9 hours it was worth it had a very nice sales man craig and they sure worked with me i got a 2011 sorento I love my SUV I would surely go back again see you all in about 3 yrs

I received a letter from Rosen Kia,apparently it was an email regarding my current vehicle,stating that "this is one of the vehicles we discussed in our meeting yesterday" Im sure it was just a big plan and not a "real" email,I purchased a 2006 Kia in 2006..brand new..swore I would never go anywhere else as I was SO happy with it! 2009 went back to purchase another,after this visit,swore I would NEVER go back! Ok,so 2010 I decided to give them one more chance,one of the car dealers called me..and called me and called me and made the whole situation sound so good I couldnt pass this up,ok,when it comes to the last and final stages of actually buying the car...WHAM! I was hit with unexpected..EVERYTHING! Swore i would never go back! Ok..like the big dummy i seem to be because I keep giving Kia chances..I get a the letter 3/19/15,call the dealership and someone calls me back because have to leave a message,So i take the call and they make it sound so good..again,that I simply cannot pass this up..."Pay off your car" "low interest rate" "no down payment"..yada yada yada..get there at about 9:15am this morning (3/20/15) the guy im working with was an ok person to talk to..could use some more personality,overall,nice guy,not so nice what he comes back with and the amount of money I would have to pay!And theres really nothing he could do for me! Really?? So I say to him.."So this letter was just a waste of my time eh?" guy: " Yea..basically"..Me: " Do me a favor,TAKE MY NAME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST!" Now I work in customer service,I would NOT let any client of mine leave unhappy,specially with all the competition out there and word of mouth goes a long way,I have indeed have told several people about the service here,good and bad,now,I cant even talk about it to my dog.I cant even sleep knowing I made the BAD decision to go back to this place knowing what they did to me 2 yrs ago and I STILL have the vehicle,( I love that car tho),Now I have to live with the fact that I went back there like a fool and let them do this to me again....NEVER AGAIN!

Refreshing great car dealer experience! Grabbed first person I saw in lot, which turned out to be Jeff Rosen. Told him what I needed, which was a real long shot (a lot for low paymentts, without money down etc). He asked if I liked the Nissan I was trading in, I told him I loved it just couldn't afford the monthly payments following recent Divorce and move...He crunched numbers, (1 time-NOT BACK AND FORTH BACK AND FORTH LIKE PAST EXPERIENCES OTHER PLACES), and came out saying I'll put you in brand new, upgraded version-any color I wanted, for within $10 of what I was asking for! And with a month delayed payment to help further still. The rest was a smooth, quick, friendly, no pressure transaction with sales woman Madelyn, then Don in Finance. Absolutely amazed at how I was treated and the deal I got! Mary C
