Introduction
While employed as an air traffic controller, I started an online business as an affiliate in 1998 and became a full-time Internet marketer in 2000. In 2003, I shared what I learned in a book titled "The Super Affiliate Handbook: How I Made $436,797 in One Year Selling Other People's Stuff Online". Since that time I've been writing non-stop on the subject at RosalindGardner.com and speaking at industry conferences to continue sharing what I learn.

Nice theaters, pleasant staff. SUCH an improvement over the old movie theater in Penticton with its sticky "Coke trough" and horrible seats. Love being able to reserve seating. Only downside is the price of popcorn, drinks and other treats which most often amounts to more than the cost of the movie.

I paid over $5000.00 for a front door through my building contractor in November 2015. The door took FOREVER to be fabricated and delivered in March 2016, but the interior casing was cut incorrectly. It's now August 2016, and we still don't have an interior casing. Our contractor has called repeatedly for the correct casing and they get NO answers. I want this issue settled NOW, or they can take their door back and I'll take a refund.

When the RV park at Circus Circus was managed by KOA, it was GREAT. We've stayed here many times over the past 6 years and enjoyed it very much. We got to know the staff, who were always to be seen and available as some of them lived onsite. They could handle any reservation requests and changes on their own. The landscaping was well-maintained and beautiful. The laundry and washroom facilities were clean and operational. If there was a problem, all you needed to do was mention it to one of the staff and it was taken care of immediately. However, now that the RV park at Circus Circus is being managed by MGM, everything has changed for the worse. The RV park at Circus Circus desk staff know NOTHING and can do NOTHING. All changes need to be made through the phone reservation system. Reservations are repeatedly screwed up... 2 for 2 in our case. We were promised a specific site, and then when we pull in we see that another RV is in our spot. I've spoken with other guests and many have the same complaints about the reservation system and not getting the spots they reserved. When I say that the staff 'know NOTHING', here's an example. When we checked in, the desk clerk asked if we had a trailer or an RV. I explained that a trailer IS an RV, and that we had a 5th wheel which is also an RV. I mentioned that ever unit in the park is an RV, i.e. a recreational vehicle. His response? "I'm not that interested in RV's." Really?!!! He works for an RV park and he's not interested in RV's enough to learn the difference between a trailer, motorhome, 5th wheel and an RV. That explains a LOT about what has gone wrong with this park!!! Here are a few other examples...

The landscaping has been allowed to go to weeds. Check out Site #53. NO pruning has been done to the bushes there, so half the space is taken up by overgrown plantings. The rock scaping is full of cigarette butts, weeds and palm tree fronds blown in from other sites. Much of the rock 'mulch' is strewn about the sites and parking lot.

The dog park no longer offer poop bags or seating.

Worst of all, the security is almost nil. The yellow jacketed bike security officers come through a couple/few times a day, but apparently not when you need them.

We had $4K worth of bikes stolen from us last night. Why does the RV park at Circus Circus not have a gate that can only be accessed by security code at night? We've stayed here often over the past 6 years, but will never do so again.

Disgusted to say the least. I am thousands of miles away and unable to monitor my mother's care on a daily basis personally. My (now) 101-year-old blind mom has been there since September 2014. It was very good to start with, but after breaking her hip this past October and returning to the residence in late December 2015, the care has been abysmal. She hasn't been given a bath during the month since her return. Turns out that she had to request that service, but she hasn't seen the woman who normally does it for her, so my mom thought she was 'too busy'. Then, she was finally given a prescription for antibiotics and requisition for chest x-rays by the resident doctor after having a chest cold that lasted more than 2 weeks, and apparently King Gardens couldn't arrange transport to the x-ray facility. If not for the care of an elderly friend of hers, I can't imagine how horrible my mother's life would be there now.

I'm pretty passionate about Pho. It's my second favorite food (after Nasi Goreng) and a Friday night staple. We've ordered take-out from the Saigon for 10+ years and it was great until they hired a 2nd cook a few years ago. Then it became a crapshoot as to whether the meal would be excellent or less than mediocre. We continued to order on a 'take your chances' basis and lucked out maybe 50% of the time. Last Friday, the Pho Bo, which normally comes in 2 containers - one with noodles and bean sprouts, the other with broth and meat - arrived in one container with a little broth, a little meat, some broken noodles and no bean sprouts. As I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get the other half of my meal, I phoned to report the problem on Monday. The owner wasn't there, so I left my number and was told she'd call me back on Tuesday - which she did not. On Wednesday, I phoned again and reached the owner who immediately recognized our address. No apology, no offer of resolution, just an excuse for the cook and she transferred me to a staff member who took my name, address and telephone number AGAIN. Ten minutes later their delivery guy shows up with soup. Huh? Ed was already preparing our dinner, so I refused the soup. The owner obviously needs to learn something about customer service. How about asking what might be a satisfactory resolution? Not to mention that showing up with 'dinner for one' was really uncool. Anyway, we won't darken their doorstep again. So now it looks like the best place to get Pho in Penticton is actually in Summerland. UGH!!!
