Always have fun there. Went to see Tone Bell. Great intimate setting. Plus he was hilarious. Great comedy club. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a comedian...

I love this club! The staff are so friendly and professional, the drinks are strong (yay!) and the comedians are hilarious. The food isn't too hot, and parking can sometimes be an issue. The admission prices are pretty standard, and usually they have a coupon on their Web site.

Came here once for a comedy show, and we were pleased by the experience. It's a little small, but we showed up a little early and got a good table. Not the "best" table, but I don't want to be in the very front anyways. They have a two drink minimum, which was fine by us, but one women there obviously shouldn't have had two drinks, and she was very distracting, to us and to the comedian! I would come back, if there was a show I was interested in with my friends.

A friend invited me out to Roosters for the first time a couple of years ago, and since then I've become a regular myself! My experience with the comics I've seen here has always been good, but in recent years I feel the talent level has gotten even stronger. The headliners might not be household names, however they all have television credits, and in my opinion, the material is often much more original than that of some of the big names in comedy right now. The food options are limited, so if you're looking for dinner you'll probably want to go somewhere beforehand. The drinks are tasty and reasonable priced, the staff is friendly (but they'll kick you out if you're obnoxious--thankfully!) and the venue is really intimate. All in all, it's a great little place. I love looking at all their old calendars with names like Ellen Degeneres and Jerry Seinfield back when they were getting started. For me, Roosters puts out a great product, and I feel great being able to support an independently owned gem like this...there aren't very many places like this left!

Expensive food. No indoor waiting area. We stood outside in the rain for 10 minutes waiting for the staff to open the door.
