Clickable Time Codes for Videos... right on Google Plus
I'm a YouTube nerd... you may know that by now, maybe not. But until recently it was very hard to do the Cool Thing
you could do on YouTube here on Google Plus
... what's that you ask?

If you clicked on the Blue Number, you would have seen the magic of Time Codes at work right here inside Google Plus!
The video embedded in a Google Plus post will start at the location of the time code entered (i.e. 15 seconds in). How hard is this to do?
Well it used to be difficult if not impossible, but now you simply type a 0 (zero) followed by a Colon (:) and then the 15, and you're done.
The embedded video starts playing at the time code you type! How Cool is That? ...
Use this formatting: HH:MM:SS ( Hours Minutes Seconds), BTW, it now works for longer than 1 hour (the limit prior to G+ implementation).Extra Tips:
This works in the body of the post's content, OR in the comments. It works when you share someone else's video on G+ or someone else's post of a video... it just seems to work so well you'll be amazed.
Start tagging your friend's video posts with mentions of what you liked and where it was in the video with a time stamp! I like where the bird pecks at the camera
here after it gets dropped in the new location, that happens just after 0:28
in.What will you use this for?Can you start making Table of Contents for those Long HOA videos so you can jump right to the topic of interest?
Sure you can... in fact that is a good way to get the attention of a top influencer... make the time code summary doc for them so they don't have to... share it with them in a PM and you'll have a new friend... try it out. It is cool.
Thanks to +Dan McDermott
for first pointing this out to me!
