My latest salad creation!

Pulled Pork Spinach Salad With Roasted Winter Squash

My son currently attends the pre-school program and his bother attended a few year earlier. My experience with the Young School for both kids has been nothing but pleasurable. My oldest son was more than prepared for kindergarten and his younger brother is on the same path. The kids get to play outside, have lots of stimulating activities in the learning centers and I get regular updates from the staff. I love the parent teacher meetings and the binder they keep of photos and activities the kids have done. I would highly recommend The Young School for your pre-k kids!
