Diversity jurisdiction does not seem complicated to me. But so many people just get it wrong (and people also blow deadlines, don't they?)

Five keys to winning a personal injury case in Baltimore City (which is a pretty good jurisdiction for plaintiffs to begin with).

GOOGLE PLUS FRIENDS! Who are the five worst car insurance companies in your jurisdiction?  Do they overlap with mine?

I can't stand when someone calls me to talk about the work they are doing with attorney Joe Smith.

It is just not a line that is going to get me on the phone.

Learn about breast cancer misdiagnosis cases and the type of cases that tend to be more viable claims.  There is so much confusion about breast cancer that I'm not sure everyone wearing pink is really going to solve. https://www.millerandzois.com/breast-cancer-misdiagnosis-lawyer.html

I spend a lot of time looking at jury verdicts.  What kids of cases win?  What kind of case sound great but are dead losers?  You see patterns emerge.

Here are 10 observations of have from looking a jury verdicts in Maryland and around the country:

I think if I hung up the phone on every voice mail where someone says, "HELLO, ATTORNEY MILLER" I would save 2 minutes a day and miss nothing.

There are a lot of strokes and a lot of potential clients calling to see if they have a misdiagnosis/failure to treat stroke case.  This post tells you whether you have a claim you should consider handling or referring out:

Medical malpractice cases that I'm surprised more people are not going after. We have one now.  These are typically good cases on liability and damages.

I reached out to Whitespark about my citation listings and other services they had. Instead of trying to sell me on their more expensive services, I was instead told that I was already in pretty good shape and did not need to do half of what I was inquiring about. I have not actually used the service yet although I intend to and will try to update this review. I'm writing this now because this industry is full of people who talk a decent game but are just nakedly chasing dollars and really do not have much to offer that you could not figure out for yourself by reading a few blogs. Whitespark is a company that can help you and give you an real assessment of what you need or don't need.

This is a great place to bring your kids to play baseball indoors. Good facility where is is easy to feel comfortable and you can also get good coaching if you want your child to get some extra attention. We work with Joe Pfistner who has really been good with our 8 year-old son.

I bought glasses there 8 years ago. I keep taking them back thinking I need to get new ones. They always find some way to fix them at no charge. And my doctor, Dr. Tilles I think, has always been great.

I have not walked into the place yet. But I called over there today and spoke to a man named Larry. He had all of the time in the world to talk to me and clearly laid out the the pros and cons of my son joining their baseball club. No hard sell at all and these people seem very committed to the game of baseball. Not a complete review but I think this is important information for anyone considering this baseball academy.

I read the last review and it sounds like they had a pretty bad experience. All I can say is that we have been there at least 15 times and have enjoyed it every single time. Just a beautiful view, really good (not great) food, and a nice atmosphere.

This is a real nice place to hit golf balls. I have never played the pitch and putt but it looks real nice. My kids and I enjoy the putt putt although it could use a little bit of an upgrade here and there.
