An apparently routine live TV interview went horribly wrong in Virginia on Wednesday morning.

Is Brady going to sue?  He has to be ready to perjure himself is the problem if he was involved.  And of course he was.  +Gregory Casale

I think the NFLPA and Brady way overplayed their hands when the NFL was vulnerable and looking for a deal.  Now they have to live with those consequences.

Roger Goodell has upheld Tom Brady’s four-game suspension for his role in the Patriots’ illegal deflation of footballs. New England will be without its QB for the first four games of the season, and the NFLPA will, perhaps, see the NFL in court.

I understand preponderance of the evidence +Ron Miller - We use it in Clerk's Hearings and Probable Cause Hearings. I really don't think anyone will ever know what happened other than the principals. But come on, "more likely than not"  that he was "generally aware". Could they water it down any further? I find the whole process fascinating as an attorney. As a fan, not so much.

Seriously?  I'm not convicting this guy based on this one report.  But how incredibly awful is this if true.  I feel like we can't take anyone famous at face value sometimes.  http://gawker.com/report-agents-are-raiding-jared-from-subway-in-child-p-1716192344
According to reports, Jared Fogle, the cherubic face of Subway, is currently in custody while federal agents raid his home for child pornography.

Signs things are getting better in Baltimore: I just got held up for five minutes pulling out of my office by the cute young girl protest. About 200 people. Chanting that they love Baltimore

Seriously, how cool is this?  I hope this guy makes millions off of this.

After Moogalian was shot, Stone rushed the gunman, getting slashed several times with a box cutter in the process. He almost had his thumb cut off.

Even with his injuries, the Airman 1st Class tended to Moogalian and his gunshot wound, Risacher Moogalian told CNN.

"My husband was lying on the floor," she said. "Spencer was next to him, and he was bleeding, too."

She said Stone put his finger on her husband's wound and spoke to him: 'Hey man, so tell me where you're from. So you are from Virginia? I'm from California. Everything will be OK.' "

Risacher Moogalian said she believes her husband would be dead if not for Stone's help.

"Yes, I'm sure because he lost a tremendous amount of blood, and it saved his life."

Everyone wants to find a settlement formula on Google.  But trying to come up with some kinds of time specials formula is not just wrong minded -- it is counterproductive.

Rules chances that could impact our discovery on defendants in personal injury cases.  These are federal changes but they are going to bleed into our state courts.

Unbelievable! I would love a count of how many cases he took on to get a proper settlement on the vehicle where there were no injuries. Urinating on his leg sounds right though.

View of Baltimore from my office. Harbor looks quiet and beautiful. But if you get closer, it is swarming with National Guard.

I reached out to Whitespark about my citation listings and other services they had. Instead of trying to sell me on their more expensive services, I was instead told that I was already in pretty good shape and did not need to do half of what I was inquiring about. I have not actually used the service yet although I intend to and will try to update this review. I'm writing this now because this industry is full of people who talk a decent game but are just nakedly chasing dollars and really do not have much to offer that you could not figure out for yourself by reading a few blogs. Whitespark is a company that can help you and give you an real assessment of what you need or don't need.

This is a great place to bring your kids to play baseball indoors. Good facility where is is easy to feel comfortable and you can also get good coaching if you want your child to get some extra attention. We work with Joe Pfistner who has really been good with our 8 year-old son.

I bought glasses there 8 years ago. I keep taking them back thinking I need to get new ones. They always find some way to fix them at no charge. And my doctor, Dr. Tilles I think, has always been great.

I have not walked into the place yet. But I called over there today and spoke to a man named Larry. He had all of the time in the world to talk to me and clearly laid out the the pros and cons of my son joining their baseball club. No hard sell at all and these people seem very committed to the game of baseball. Not a complete review but I think this is important information for anyone considering this baseball academy.

I read the last review and it sounds like they had a pretty bad experience. All I can say is that we have been there at least 15 times and have enjoyed it every single time. Just a beautiful view, really good (not great) food, and a nice atmosphere.

This is a real nice place to hit golf balls. I have never played the pitch and putt but it looks real nice. My kids and I enjoy the putt putt although it could use a little bit of an upgrade here and there.
