On the growing list of things I really don't understand: the true pros and cons of net neutrality.  Anyone have any great opinions?  I assume is probably a good thing for the little guy.  In a truly practical way, does it matter to us one way or the other?

Very simple, NO MATTER who you are, EVERYONE has the SAME access to the Net, and no sites have priority v. another.

This article says Zofran is a great drug.  Because it is.  It worked great for me when I really needed it. But having a great drug does not give you a license to market to pregnant woman without knowing the product is safe for them. New studies are showing Zofran may well cause birth defect in children whose moms took this drug, usually for morning sickness.

Maryland court disbars an insurance defense lawyer in a 130 page opinion.

Rare disbarment in Maryland of a lawyer whose clients loved him and who did nothing for his own direct personal gain.

Steve, the allegations against this guy were pretty over-the-top. It was a real team effort among plaintiffs' lawyers to get this guy disbarred.   (We were not involved.) +Steven Sweat

The way humans hunt for parking and the way animals hunt for food are not as different as we might think.

+Dave Abels  He has been a great guest on that show for a lot of years.  He is an all around impressive guy. (What made him tell that story is just beyond me. )

This is a great place to bring your kids to play baseball indoors. Good facility where is is easy to feel comfortable and you can also get good coaching if you want your child to get some extra attention. We work with Joe Pfistner who has really been good with our 8 year-old son.

I bought glasses there 8 years ago. I keep taking them back thinking I need to get new ones. They always find some way to fix them at no charge. And my doctor, Dr. Tilles I think, has always been great.

I have not walked into the place yet. But I called over there today and spoke to a man named Larry. He had all of the time in the world to talk to me and clearly laid out the the pros and cons of my son joining their baseball club. No hard sell at all and these people seem very committed to the game of baseball. Not a complete review but I think this is important information for anyone considering this baseball academy.

I read the last review and it sounds like they had a pretty bad experience. All I can say is that we have been there at least 15 times and have enjoyed it every single time. Just a beautiful view, really good (not great) food, and a nice atmosphere.

This is a real nice place to hit golf balls. I have never played the pitch and putt but it looks real nice. My kids and I enjoy the putt putt although it could use a little bit of an upgrade here and there.
