What is the true meaning of happiness? For me a you are truly happy if you feel satisfaction and tranquility. But I see people spend lots of times, days or even years just to search for the real meaning of happiness. Does a new job makes you happy? A new home? Or even a new car? Happiness is not about what you are or what you have. It may add to your hapiness but this stuff can't create your happiness. Happiness is about loving yourself while constantly changing to become a better you. This comes from deep inside your heart and soul.

Someone once told me that a genuinely happy person is one who brings happiness to those around them. And that's true, happiness can only be found when you stop worrying about yourself and when you try to look out for those around you. Helping family members, co-workers, and friends can give your life meaning and joy. God made you unique and special in the entire world. Choose a way of life without being pressured by anyone.

And that's why we have Maura Sweeney for todays episode, to share with us the deeper meaning of happiness. How we can we truly be happy and the benefits of finding your real source of happiness. Let's dig deep into this episode with her as she shares about:

* Ways to find real happiness.
* What makes her a great Ambassador of Happiness.
* Her journey to find her own source of happiness.
* How to find your life purpose.
* Tips for feeling happy inside and out.
* 5 Things that will make us happy

What is responsibility? Having responsibility is the obligation to act. While taking responsibility is accepting the choices you have made, the actions you have taken, and the results they may led to. When you fail to accept personal responsibility from your actions there are a series of events that follow over time.

Not taking responsibility may be less demanding, less painful and mean less time spent in the unknown. When you don’t take responsibility for your life you give away your personal power. And that's where we start blaming others, to escape punishment but also to preserve our own self-esteem and self-image. Did you know blaming prevents us from learning? You should take the blame from anything you're responsible for because this will transform negative consequences into positive ones. One should recast responsibility as a way to learn from our mistakes as well as those of others. We should accept our fallibility as a route toward self-improvement.

And that's why I have Ryan Michler to share with us the techniques how to take the power to make a change and how to become more effective as a person. We will also discuss more about the benefits we can learn from our mistakes. We will dig deep into this episode with him as he shares about:

* What does it mean to be a man?
* How to avoid responsibility trap.
* How to use your emotional Intelligence.
* How to eliminate excuse and start taking ownership.
* Importance of Daily Planning and After Action Review.
