I got rear ended and was getting no where trying to get the medical treatment I needed covered by the insurance company on my own - big mistake! I was referred to Roman & Gaynor by a family member after the accident. The were able to step in and help coordinate medical coverage through the auto insurance for my injuries with the orthopedic physician & physical therapist I selected. Great communication & always available to answer any questions I asked.

I am an attorney, but don't practice personal injury. I asked a colleague who HE would trust to handle an auto accident claim, and he recommended Mark Roman . He was right. Mark Roman is talented, no-nonsense, and acheived excellent results-- even with a somewhat complicated situation (the driver who hit me did not own the car he was driving; I had a previous history of medical problems in the same area injured in the accident; etc.) Mark was kind and professional in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of my claim, and honest in his approach with me. He also persuaded my own insurance company to waive my deductible and to pay the max PIP amount for my medical expenses. Results, straight-talk, and maximum results. Thank you to Mark Roman and his staff.

I could not have asked for better support during a difficult time in my life. Roman & Gaynor worked tirelessly on my case and were always there to answer any questions that I had. They are ethical and moral in their actions and effective in communication. They are not afraid of going to trial. They expressed to me all aspects of my case to assist and guide me in my decision making. I felt that my case was just as important to them as it was me and that I had a voice. I would certainly recommend their services to any of my loved ones. Roman & Gaynor are not only great lawyers, but real people with real values. Thank you.

My husband and I were involved in a car accident involving a drunk driver. When you're involved in something as traumatic as this, its difficult to know which way to turn. We were both injured, and in serious need of guidance. We turned to Roman & Gaynor, we met with Mark Roman. He sat with us for well over an hour, when we left, we knew we were in good hands. The first thing on his agenda was US, to make sure we were being taken care of and to get us the help we needed to get whole again. While it was a long road, it was a road we walked together. Carol-Lynn was a huge part of our recovery. Between Mark and Carol-Lynn you got the sense that they really cared about you. Constant communication before surgery, after surgery, phone calls, emails, always checking on us. As we are at the end of our journey together, I will never forget what they've done for us. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our case. They don't fool around, they mean business and they get the job done. If you're sitting here reading this, debating on who to go to for help, call Roman & Ganor. You won't be sorry. Thank you Carol-Lynn & Mark! Debra

While riding my scooter to work a women in a SUV ran a red light and slammed into me. Resulting in me being in the hospital for 2-weeks and in a hospital bed for 3 more months to heal. My scooter was destroyed, I was in a tremendous amount of pain and my medical bills where substantial. Having never been in a situation like this before I didn't even know where to start. Roman & Gaynor were referred to me by a close friend. Mark Roman came to see me in the hospital. He assured me that my only job was to heal and that they would take care of everything else. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. It was a very painful and scary experience, but Mr. Roman, Mr. Gaynor and every single person on their staff were amazing. They answered all my questions. kept me informed and fought to make sure all of my expenses were taken care of. I will forever be grateful to this team of people for their compassion and dedication. I would never want anyone to have go through an accident like this but I will (and do) recommend Roman & Gaynor, as the best of the best injury attorneys!

A new show about ‪#‎lawyers‬ manages to be entertaining, realistic, complex and nuanced. The recent ‪#‎FX‬ series The People vs. O.J. ‪#‎Simpson‬: American Crime Story does more than portray the circus atmosphere surrounding the trial. It goes deep into portraying the two principal lawyers on each side. http://goo.gl/oNqgVU

What caused the national foreclosure crisis? Simply put, buyers and sellers began ignoring the law that requires purchases of mortgages to be recorded in the public records. Before long, it became nearly impossible to prove who owned a mortgage and thus who had the right to foreclose on a property when the homeowner fell behind on their payments. Although this massive problem threatened to have brought down the entire nationwide foreclosure machine, not one high-ranking Wall Street executive went to jail.
