A Pranayama Practice
As we take a little time to explore a few different yogic breathing techniques, we will learn to play with our breath in ways that will allow us to remain peaceful, present and pleasant during the upcoming holiday season and beyond.
We will take our time listening to and honoring our breath as an amazing tool to utilize whenever and wherever we need it.
Oftentimes we breathe shallow, into our chests, especially at times of stress. So we'll learn how to breathe fully to begin bringing about a calmer feel in addition to discussing and practicing other techniques as well.
Some of the benefits of a breathing practice include:
