WOMEN ACTING OUT
Structured Improv Theater Group forming.....
Well, we all have them. Whether is is love, money, career, relationship, health, loneliness, anger, depression - we are all facing small frustrations or big challenges every day. Phone calls to friends, eating at night, addictions, therapy, coaching.....we do it all.
What if we had some fun while we navigate through these personal challenges? Imagine meeting once a week, in a safe/private cozy setting, with a group of women who are like you, mindful and creative. That itself is good - right? And then we vent our thoughts around one thing that keeps bugging us. And maybe we write, do some improv, have dialogues in 2s or 3s - prompted by insightful questions (from a life coach). And we end with a skit - directed by a theater director (who is also the life coach!).
Maybe your problem won't go away in 7 weeks. But you surely will gain some new insights and fresh perspectives and all that while having some serious fun! And making friends!!!! A journey like this - will flock people together for good.
We have done this for 3 years, and it has been really awesome!
