That does look pretty good. What are the white circular things? Some kind of cheese? What's it called? Where's it from?
It's called Chevre Chorizo and is essentially a crepe filled with mixed greens, goat cheese and slices of chorizo sausage. From what I understand it is one of many traditional parisian street foods.
