I had a fast and easy car buying experience at Roger Beasley, and Jim-E-O was AWESOME and a huge help throughout every step of the process. He was relentless in his quest to get us financed and into the car we wanted. I'd recommend getting a Hyundai with Roger Beasley and Jimmy O, he'll make your trip worth it (I drove from Killeen)!

Nick was amazing!! Great deal and FAST service. The entire experience took less than a few hours. Nick was very informative, great personality and very respectful. Every step of the way, he notified us what was happening, giving us info on the process and so on. I will recommend as many people as I can to see Nick. He was great! Finance guy Mark was a diff story. Nice guy overall but he snapped at me when I said I didn't want the warranty. He didn't appreciate that I'm a numbers girl (a girl with brains speaking among men? WTF?) The warranty added a lot to our monthly price. Then he said he only makes $300 on it so really it was all about taking care of us.... well, after we declined several times, he got on the phone in front of us to ask if they still wanted to honor the price since we declined the extended warranty?!?!?!?!?! I reminded him that he said he was only making $300 on the warranty and he got flustered. He was nice afterwards but I thought that was a very disrespectful thing to do. Never did the sale of the car specifically mention that we needed to get the warranty to get that price. Nick and the quality of the deal are the reason I gave them a 5 star. Reminder, we got a GREAT deal. And I shopped around the entire state of Texas for exactly what we wanted so I can assure you, you won't find a better deal. Thanks Nick!! We love our car!!

Love love this place, they were very kind. My salesman Jim-E-O aka Jimmy O was the best, he made sure i was satisfied and i finally got the car i wanted. Everyone there was so nice and I wasnt pressured to get anything other than what i wanted. I left feeling great and FINALLY got my Dodge Challenger and she's a beauty! :))))

I was in disbelief about the whole experience, the car and the deal I got….it was that good. I got a sharp looking black 2005 Hyuandai Sonata, LE (6 cylinder) with black leather interior and sun roof with 74000 miles in great shape for $4800- plus tax and title. I had just 2 days to decide and buy a relatively decent car on a very tight budget. I live in north Austin, and didn't have time to waste. I didn't want to, and almost didn't go to Kyle. But I count my blessings that I did. Big Mike is very polite and not pushy at all. He listened to my needs, wants, concerns and limitations about the car I wanted. His wife Beth, awesome and genuine lady, ran around showing me the cars and taking us for test drives. Their boss Donnie, working in the background through texts (I didn't know this), was totally aware of my situation and somehow knew what car would absolutely work for me. He advised them to show me a car that was not yet listed in the sale inventory and was just coming out of detailing at the 11th hour as I was fixing to finalize on decision on a different car. The car he suggested I look was perfect - looks, features, size, price, everything. I felt like with this deal I would walk away with a steal. He let me keep the car over the weekend to be sure. I decided to play safe and got the car checked by my mechanic anyways - my mechanic at NTB was floored. He said "I don't believe it. It is legit. Its too good to be true, but its true. Take the car." On Monday, 4 weeks ago, I finalized the deal. The car has been running great. After having heard all the negative car sales stories, I was very pleasantly surprised to encounter some genuinely nice, honest and helpful car dealers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car and good price. Next time I need a car, I know exactly where i am going to look. Big Mike, Beth and Donnie - YOU ROCK! Thank you so much!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Hank Grady really made the whole process of buying a car seem effortless-- I felt like I had a friend by my side from start to finish! At some previous dealerships I had been to, they tended to disregard what I asked for and would just try to navigate me into the most expensive car they thought they could sell to me. It was a complete opposite approach here, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. I also liked that they were able to transport the car that I wanted from their New Braunfels location to the Kyle one within the same day. Now, I'm completely in love with my car and I can't thank you enough, Hank! Also, a special shout out to Marc McKinney who helped me out with the financing-- they both even stayed past closing time for me, just to ensure that I could drive away with my new car that same day. These are two of the nicest guys you'll find at a dealership!

HANK GRADY! I recently bought my first truck, and I am very very pleased! Hank helped make everything real smooth and real quick. Their customer service is insanely good, If you are looking to get a car/truck shop here. They have a great car selection, new and used. I recommend Roger Beasley Hyundai fully, and be sure to ask for Hank!!

I had an excellent experience at Roger Beasley. Hank Grady my salesman, was very friendly and found the right vehicle for my needs. I liked how he was more concerned with making sure that I was getting my moneys worth and the vehicle I liked, rather than making me feel like he was trying to make money. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would recommend Roger Beasley Hyundai to all my friends and family!
