Designers designers designers designers... read on!
Late at night, the student in the apartment is awakened by a strange smell. Investigating in the darkened rooms, she sees a burst of flame engulf her roommate’s hoverboard. There is only just enough time to get everyone out of the apartment before the rooms are fully involved. Near the end of the marathon, a …

Who's ready for the next long-term support version of Ubuntu? There's something new here whether you use Ubuntu on the desktop, server, cloud, smartphone, tablet, or mainframe. Yes, mainframe.

Oh my!
A man appears to have deleted his entire company with one mistaken piece of code. By accidentally telling his computer to delete everything in his servers, hosting provider Marco Marsala has seemingly removed all trace of his company and the websites that he looks after for his customers.

Could be the Year of OS X!
The growth of Windows 10 continues, albeit slowly, the latest figures from NetMarketShare show. The statistics for April reveal that, at long last, Windows 7 is no longer installed on the majority of computers, slipping to a 48.79 percent market share. Windows 10 saw slight growth to 14.35 percent (up from 14.15 percent), and Windows XP dropped below 9.66 percent.

The title is a bit misleading. Like an RFID chip, it's powered by incoming RF from a nearby low power transmitter.

And I am POSITIVE these developers know that there is a simpler way to run Linux GUI applications... just mentioning it. In passing.
Bash – the famous shell used in Linux – was introduced in Windows 10 last week as part of Insider Preview Build 14316, thus allowing you to run Unix commands on Windows. Today, we’ve come across a way to run entire Linux graphical applications in Windows 10 by launching them through Bash. Find out how …

Yes, I am *that* Rogelio Perea...
Introduction
Born in the "Capital Of The World" city of Hidalgo del Parral Chihuahua México one July of 1967, I have steadily devolved throughout the years into the outspoken non-partisan atheist blunt honest person I am today.

Technology friendly I don't need a manual to figure out how stuff works, except humans - those are a number on themselves. I like almost any type of music short of Country, Hiphop, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Salsa, Punk, Grunge and related. SciFi aficionado I will happily watch Star Trek & Star Wars re-runs on a dime.

Thanks for stopping by!

Worst pizza I had ever had was at LaGuardia Airport NYC. With that in mind I approached Reggio's with not much of a hope, I was in a crunch and the other food stands were not that appealing... went for the Pepperoni & Sausage deep dish personal pizza, what a nice surprise upon the first bite!. Have to say this is the best pizza at O'Hare - I'm sure there are other places in the city that may offer a better fare, but for my travel records, Reggio's is a must visit the next time around.

My kid and I were looking for a frozen yogurt outlet close to our place, found Yogurt City through Google Maps, no reviews - this is to correct that flaw: the place doesn't look like much from the outside but walking in you'll find a clean establishment with a wide assortment of yogurt flavors: coffee, chocolate, strawberry, coconut, banana, cheesecake, cookies and many more... and then the toppings - the variety is there. In a nutshell we loved it, will be returning customers.

Good place to go for pizza, calzones and rolls. The Italian sauce is top notch, one of the best I have tasted. Can eat in, there are a few tables in there, I prefer to phone in the order and pick up - quick and good service from the staff.

Small and cozy, never had a problem getting a table to do a quick band meeting after rehearsal while cooling off with a decent array of beers. The food is great too, service is courteous and fast. My band's pit stop of choice!
