Outpost of a Brazilian steakhouse chain offering skewered meats carved tableside plus a salad bar.- Google
"Good food, very similar to the authentic brazilian barbecue/churrasco."
"The only downside would be the salad bar, which can be kind of empty sometimes."

This is my favorite restaurant. The quality has greatly increased over the last few years and they are really killing it. Rodizio sets itself apart with the roasted pineapple that, to my knowledge, no other comparable restaurant is doing. I go every chance I get.

I took some girlfriends here for a 30th birthday celebration. The food tasted good and the service was great, but we all got extremely sick after leaving and were unable to enjoy the rest of the night. Instead we spent the night hugging the toilet. Worst food poisoning I've ever had.

With two "Brazilian Steakhouse" places within walking distance of each other, it's hard not to think in terms of comparisons. To get those out of the way, I'll mention the areas where I'd rate Rodizio more highly than Fogo de Chao. First, I like the room better ... it's dimmer, cooler, and has more brick and wood; it feels more like a place to eat and less like a place to be judged. Fogo de Chao is snootier and more sterile. Rodizio also feels a bit more purposely Brazilian, with a wider variety of foods including _feijoada_ on the hot-food part of the salad bar, which was a welcome sight. So, I was excited to be there. The place had promise. Rodizio failed me repeatedly, however, on the quality of the food. The meat tasted, in some cases, brined; in some cases, almost unbearably dry; and in some cases, distinctly un-fresh. The hot food bar, while it made me happy in theory, disappointed me in practice, with mushy pasta and indifferent rice that felt like they had been sitting too long, beginning to crust over. The salad bar was mostly over-dressed, with very limited options in terms of fresh, un-sauced items. To return to comparisons, Fogo De Chao can be a little overwhelming, like sitting in front of a firehose of freshly-grilled meats served by an over-enthusiastic army of happy people in comical gaucho costumes. Rodizio, by contrast, was an exercise in patience ... long stretches of quiet nothing between each opportunity to have a bit of meat (served by much-less-manic people in slightly-less-comical gaucho costumes), and we were there a good 25 minutes before I got a sliver of anything that might be called "steak." On the other hand, Rodizio offered some interesting grilled vegetable and fruit items (another example of their superior variety), including some delicious grilled pineapple. We arrived early in the evening, and I suppose the long stretches of silence and even the left-to-die quality of the hot food bar might be explained by that. But the thing is this: if you can't offer your genuine experience to customers at that hour, don't open your doors until you can. For my part, I'll live in hopes that Denver will get a Brazilian Steakhouse that isn't a chain. Until then, of the two chains we've got, I'll return to Fogo de Chao.

Good prize for a Brazilian stake house. Ok salad bar selection. There were good selections between pork, beef, chicken, and lamb. They also had grilled pineapple. Meats were cooked good and with good seasoning. Sometimes the gauchos will give you a thick piece of meat and it was too bloody.

Good service, decent price. The meat is usually cooked spot on, but it can be a little over done on occasion. I also like the atmosphere. Come hungry.

This was my first experience with Rodizio Grill. The meats were salty, grisly/fatty, or both. The service was nice and so was the ambience but the price point did not match the quality of food being served and I was using a Groupon. Disappointed.

Amazing! The servers were incredibly polite and on top of their game. They really make you feel important and tended to. In addition, they have delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant for any nice dinner date(: Load up on the grilled pineapple! It will be one of your favorite foods there!
