TONY'S PIZZA!
Mostly whole wheat flour mixed with hot water and then drizzled with olive oil. I just mix it in a salad bowl and dump it into a very hot pan and spread it with a spoon to shape. This version was topped with freshly chopped onion, red bell peppers, garlic and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Of course I seasoned it some oregano and hot pepper flakes. Tastes great!

$14 bucks worth the food -- good for the prostate: Pumpkin Seeds, Pomegranate, Mushrooms and Broccoli; plus, Cucumbers, Celery and Swiss Cheese. And, yes, that's a cat sniffing the packages.

Once I started making my own bread/rolls, it became more apparent how absurd all of the processed and packaged foods are -- especially the prices -- and not to mention all of the additives.

Now that I eat (mostly) vegetarian. For almost half of the year I can eat what I grow and make myself. And if I ever get a decent solar power system up and running, along with an indoor greenhouse, I'll extend that to year-round food production. Add in some rain barrel water collection and a wood stove, and who needs most of the stuff they over-charge us for.

Now only if the prices of taxes, sewer, insurance and internet weren't so high, I'd be truly free.

Isn't that the way life ought to be?

Below: Today's baked rolls, an experimental (soft) pretzel along with some fresh veggies and herbs for my sandwich.

I have two questions... Comey stated that there was an increase in leaks from intelligence agencies over the past several months (many of which were false). However, that said, the first question is what is the intelligence community doing to investigate these criminal acts within their agencies; and second, if the FBI and NSA don't know who is leaking information, how do they know who is spying on Trump or anyone for that matter? Look at their track record with Snowden and WikiLeaks... The idea that Comey says he found "no information" is meaningless to an agency that doesn't know what its agents and analysts are leaking (or even doing) on a daily basis. This is a serious issue.

Remember, these agencies are un-elected and as seen in yesterday's hearings, don't even answer to Congress (who represents the American people). I'm surprised more people in the media didn't pick up on Comey's evasive answers. In other words, we pay his salary, but he can do or say anything he wants and we're supposed to believe him? Even when he can't even control the flow of information from his own people (who we also pay the salaries for). Pretty scary stuff -- and scarier than the old Russian story which has been floating around since the 1950s and McCarthyism. Crazy!
