Let's Go Green! Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County and Rock Solid Shredding will hold the First Annual Advanced Recycle Day on October 10, 2015. The event ...will be held at Rock Solid Shredding’s corporate office.
Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore truck will be on site taking donations of used appliances, furniture, household goods, clothing, and more. All donations will be sold in the Little Rock and North Little Rock ReStores and proceeds will go directly to building houses in Pulaski County. Rock Solid Shredding is National Association for Information Destruction AAA certified and will shred personal documents on site. Shredded materials will be recycled and turned into paper towels, napkins or toilet paper.
The Advanced Recycle Day is a joint partnership between Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County and Rock Solid Shredding aimed at raising awareness about recycling and reusing materials that would otherwise contribute to landfills. Please limit shredding documents to three boxes per household. Three-ring binders, batteries, and plastics cannot be recycled. Email questions to marketing@habitatpulaski.org, or call 501-940-9900.
