Effects Of Sleep On Weight Reduction
Roca Labs Research Uppsala University, Sweden

Swedish researchers have found that genes that control the biological clocks in cells throughout the body are altered after losing a single night of sleep, in a study that is to be published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.

Sleep Affects Obesity And Type 2 Diabetes
“Previous research has shown that our metabolism is negatively affected by sleep loss, and sleep loss has been linked to an increased risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Since ablation of clock genes in animals can cause these disease states, our current results indicate that changes of our clock genes may be linked to such negative effects caused by sleep loss,” says Jonathan Cedernaes. * FDA: Calorie Count On Restaurant's Menu *

Roca Labs welcomes the FDA decision to better inform the public. But why wait so long? This decision was due 10 years ago.

Roca Labs ran a nationwide survey asking 2,180 adults
>> Who is No.1 to blame for your overweight situation? <<

The FDA came is second as the "one to blame". Can you guess what was the answer more than 50% gave us? Please try...

By the end of 2015, calorie and other nutrition labeling will be required on all menus of restaurants that are part of chains with 20 or more locations. “Calories must be clear and prominent on menus and menu boards and on signs next to self-service foods and foods on display,” the FDA notes

The reasons for this are clear — with one of the biggest being our expanding waistlines. One in three American adults are now obese (at a cost of $190 billion to the government for treatments of things related to obesity, and the FDA believes that the calorie count rules can possibly help relieve that by placing “more information in the customer’s hands, so that they can make more informed choices.”

First, try changing your eating habits without buying any "aids". Then, add daily activity like walking for 30 min a day. Then, accelerate to exercising 3-4 times a week. If you feel a change... a new you, and you need a "boost".

Whatever you decide for the new year, first prove to yourself that you can master the change and only then choose Roca Labs or a surgery or any weight management aid.
