Enjoyed the stay, the rooms are much nicer than they used to be. Buffet was good for both dinner and breakfast.

My group tried 4 different meats, and a few appetizers and absolutely everything was amazing. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Here you actually get incredible flavors along with intense heat if you want. New favorite Chinese restaurant. I really wanna thank the panda express guy down below. His idiocy is what made us go here.

So, to start all of this, when maintenance was requested, they sent someone out and charged us without letting us know it could be charged. So, we incur a several hundred dollar charge without even knowing we could be charged for it. That was fun. Now I have moved out, and they have officially become the worst rental company I have ever heard of or experienced. I received an email stating that they had received my keys and garage door opener, yet in my statement today they charged me for replacing both of those. They charged me for replacing the microwave, which was a shock since I didn't know anything was wrong with the microwave. They didn't include any info exactly either. Then when I call? Absolutely nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous, and they won't even talk to me. Need I mention that they were the worst management company when it came to random inspections/not doing anything they were supposed to on their end of the lease?

It was an ok place in the beginning. Higher price than what else was in the area, but it had a good amount of amenities that balanced it out ok. Gym, racquetball courts, driving range, 3 pools, movie theater, game room... Well, the racquetball court is now closed inexplicably, the gym has been closed/out of order for several months now (I moved in in May, got to use it for maybe a month) and even when they would relocate it (twice now) it would be shutoff and unable to be accessed in the new location. They have been promising this new fitness center for 7 months now, and I keep getting told it will be ready within 90 days. Pretty ridiculous. Let's see, the movie theater you apparently have to rent, which makes it no use/value to anyone. The game room is off limits after standard business hours. I don't know about you, but I don't often wanna go play board games or shuffleboard with friends at 3 pm on a Tuesday. Driving range got the sign taken off, and disappeared without anyone being able to access it. When I moved in, the outdoor and 1 of the indoor pools was being renovated. Now, the doors to one of the indoor pools closes way early, and even when they work as intended, the cutoff is 10pm. Just unfortunate really. The parking garage (which is worth it when they offered a "We know parking here sucks, buy a parking spot for $30 instead of $60" deal) drips water on most of the cars in spots and has absolutely no security. Most of the time during the day, the doors are left open, and I have seen 2 hit and run's myself. Are there cameras or anything useful? Nah. Just a vague security guard making rounds who might see things happen. Likely not though. The walls are super thin, and you can hear everything going on with your neighbor. You can also hear them very clearly in the hallways. The grounds themselves are ok, except they over-water the grass incredibly in the spring/summer/fall so you can't really go on the grass. The buildings are falling apart, and they seem to not notice/care. The control panel and floor indicator panels for my buildings elevator was hanging outside of the wall by wires for weeks. The front window in my building has been broken for weeks and counting. The staff has so many changes that I don't even bother to learn anyones name in the front office anymore. It's not worth it. Oh, and to top it all off, my buildings water randomly goes out. 3 times in 2 weeks. And then 3 scheduled times (with usually 12-24 hour warnings) for several hours, within the next 3 weeks. Having your water out 6 times in 5 weeks? Pretty annoying. All in all, if I could pay a few hundred less each month, this place might be worth it. At the current price? No. If they stopped pushing out the amenities and stopped lying about them, i'd consider it a decent community at best.
