"Computers do not just replace humans in the workplace. They shift the balance of power even more in favor of employers. Our normal response to technological innovation that threatens jobs is to encourage workers to acquire more skills, or to trust that the nuances of the human mind or human attention will always be superior in crucial ways. But when machines of this capacity enter the equation, employers have even more leverage, and our standard response is not sufficient for the looming crisis."
The Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) and Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellites captured rainfall and cloud data that revealed heavy rainfall and high thunderstorms in the strengthening storm. Details: http://go.nasa.gov/1C8jqCa #EarthRightNow
This little thing is a game changer!!!
Until now, you had to use Android SDK, Java™ to implement sophisticated apps. Though web apps existed, notification bar on top, informing user about new mails, sms, phone calls, facebook / whatsapp messages ... simply wasn't accessible from within a browser.
That has changed now. Companies now can notify a user about e.g. changes in their homepage.
And it requires #ES6, that is completely event-driven now, extremely energy saving design with it's new #ObjectObserve - mechanism.
A great chance also for UBUNTU Phone™, since these two worlds (Android™, UBUNTU™) can/will directly converge now. And, IMHO, it's ringing in the final end of appstore concept.
What can not be combined on a single manuscript page, is not been thought through yet ready for decision. (Dwight David Eisenhower)
