I really like this new version of #m-parking! Did you try it yet?

Really nice of them to have updated on time Osijek (and apparently whole Croatia) zone numbers with new ones prefixed with 70/700.

Ooh, I kept meaning to find an app like this. I was expecting to have to get one where I program the numbers myself but this looks cool! Installing!

Well that's random
In a bizarre bit of internet randomness, the blues-rock duo The Black Keys have gotten a little inventive in the run-up to their latest release. Titled Turn Blue, the new record was announced today...

We are excited to announce a new project from ATAP, something that we have been working quietly on over the past year.

As we walk through our daily lives, we use visual cues to navigate and understand the world around us. We use our eyes to observe the size and shape of objects and rooms, and we learn their position and layout over time almost effortlessly . This awareness of space and motion is fundamental to the way we interact with our environment and each other.  We are physical beings that live in a 3D world. Yet, our mobile devices assume that physical world ends at the boundaries of the screen.

The goal of Project Tango is to give mobile devices a human-scale understanding of space and motion.

Our team has been working with universities, research labs, and industrial partners spanning nine countries around the world to harvest research from the last decade of work in robotics and computer vision, concentrating that technology into a unique mobile phone.  Now, we’re ready to put early prototypes into the hands of developers that can imagine the possibilities and help pull those ideas into reality.

What if you never found yourself lost in a new building again?  What if directions to a new location didn’t stop at the street address? Imagine playing hide-and-seek in your house with your favorite game character. Imagine competing against a friend for control over physical space with your own miniature army.

We hope you will take this journey with us. We believe it will be one worth traveling.  To find out more, and apply for a development kit visit  http://g.co/ProjectTango.

The future is awesome. Let’s build it together.

-- Johnny Lee, and the ATAP Project Tango team

Just finished a game of #Hearthstone  Arena: Paladin vs. Shaman (me). The game was nothing special, but the end is what will be in my memory (for some time, at least).

He's at 19, I'm at 22 and it's his turn with his side of the board empty and on mine Stormforged Axe, a damaged Chillwind Yeti, a one-time-pumped Unbound Elemental and an Spellbreaker. He plays Ragnaros which kills Yeti at EOT.

My turn: I cast Stormpike Commando into Ragnaros and attack it with Spellbreaker and my axe (ouch). I produce a 1/1 totem and pass. I'm thinking, board looks OK and the worst is behind me. Boy, was I wrong!

His turn: another Ragnaros!! Then an Argent Protector shielding guess who! Next come Silverback Patriarch and a 1/1 soldier. Ragnaros shoots at me EOT. I'm at 6.

My turn: Forked Lightning kills small dudes, 2nd Forked Lightning removes shield and damages Patriarch (pumping along the way my Elemental), Stormwind Champion enters play. So I axe into Patriarch, all dudes attack his face, he's at 0, I WIN! :O

B/c of a victory like this I feel sorry there is no reply feature in #hearthstone  :(
What do you say, +Hearthstone ? A chance such feature might find its way in?

"[her method] requires only a pinprick and a drop of blood. With that they can perform hundreds of tests, from standard cholesterol checks to sophisticated genetic analyses. The results are faster, more accurate, and far cheaper than conventional methods. The implications are mind-blowing."

Mind blowing indeed! Something the whole humanity (and maybe some of the animal species) will greatly benefit from!

When I think of the 2 years my little +Lisa Saric was constantly sick from tonzilitis (which culminated in removing of all 3 tonzils when she became of age), taking vials and vials of blood from her little hands and veins... This couldn't get fast enough to labs worldwide. For kids, at least!

This woman invented a way to run 30 lab tests on only one drop of blood:

The service was close to terrible! The process of ordering and paying is like this: you come at the counter and choose your slices, the cook then *yells* the order across the room to the cashier, several times, for each different slice, then you go to the cashier and pay (hopefully for the correct order). Even in the short while we were waiting for our order (to be warmed up), there were several people that had complaints about the wrong checks they got. On top of that, the cashier was a very young woman who had problems with using the PC-register, counting the money, giving the (right) change. The process took AGES! Not so many choices as expected and almost no room to eat the pizza there. Prices are greatly exaggerated, probably because of recent media exposure. The toppings were only OK-ish (scale 0-3: 2), but, thankfully, they have the best pizza-crust in the world (scale 0-3: 5), so its totally worth all the hassle! :D
