Just simply amazing photography work.

While hosting a recent workshop here in Ontario, I was trying my very best to connect with this bald eagle in flight.  I asked the falconer to fly him on a certain pattern, with the right background, setting, light etc, we had success.

My goal, as promised in an earlier post was to get a direct face to face look at this bird, and hope that the eyes were sharp!  Lucky, the beak and eyes worked out well.

This is not the shot one might expect in the wild, but it is fun to try it when the bird will fly on a pattern 15 times!

special thanks to everyone who attended this weekend program., especially my friend Dara Lork came all the way from California - amazing!

Best wishes .. I am heading for Ecuador in a couple hours, more news from down south soon!

New dates are set!
