They matter the same, they are equally valuable.
Consider the argument you are advancing.
"Not to mention the women who are too poor or are unfit at the time to be mothers"
Well let's consider this...say a woman decides she doesn't want an abortion, but comes on hard times a year after the child is born and is too poor to raise it...would you tell that mother to kill that baby?
Same for women who were molested or raped...say they decided they wanted to go through with the birth only to find out a year later they hate the baby because it reminds them of their molestation or rape...would you tell that woman to kill the baby?
these arguments are very bad reasons to kill another person...if we wouldn't do it to a 1 month old, then we shouldn't do it to the unborn.
