Recent presentation as Keynote speaker at Oracle Health Science meeting--I believe there is transformative potential for healthcare embedded in this photo, both for the cognoscente and the general public

As in "Epitaph on a Tyrant" by W. H. Auden (1907 - 1973)

Perfection, of a kind, was what he was after,
And the poetry he invented was easy to understand;
He knew human folly like the back of his hand,
And was greatly interested in armies and fleets;
When he laughed, respectable senators burst with laughter,
And when he cried the little children died in the streets.

Still inspired and driven by the idealism I saw/felt in the #WomensMarch ... waiting for next steps forward. In the meantime, inspired by art (including poetry), which for me provides the intangible inspirations that drive rational people to action…in science, health, politics, medicine…action.
