Use GAT 'Mime Type' search to look for windows executables on your Google Drive. Using the type 'application/x-msdos-program' to find copies of a firewall bypass package.

Introductions  -

GAT Drive Graph tree now supports automatic branch compression, this intelligently collapses branches into easy to navigate paths, each named in alphabetical order with the name of the first leaf (folder or file name) at the end of that path. This should allow Admins to navigate large drive spaces quickly and intuitively.

GAT Unlock now supports multiple file downloads by the Administrator. Having selected a collection of files for investigation, the Admin can now download the entire block into a zip, or series of zip files. This feature was already available for email and has been extended to files.
An email notification will be sent to you when the zip is complete and you can click on the link in the email to download the files.

GAT Unlock, with the new download 'All' files capability offers an ideal way to create an archive for a departing user or a snapshot of a project or folder.
Because you can use GAT's selection mechanism to create the list (the most powerful selection tool available for Google Apps), you can get exactly what you want in your archive.

Google introduce Reg. Ex. #DLP   for Email, with Drive to follow early next year! This is great news for all 'Unlimited' (and Education) Admins. We really welcome this.
Even though GAT was the first to introduce Reg. Ex. testing (for metadata) our Admins were always puzzled by why we did not introduce it for content. We believed it was GROSSLY insecure to reg. ex. test content on a third party tool and the only place to test was inside Google. (By definition third parties can only Reg. Ex. test by looking at the content in plain text. Saying that you do it, is like putting a big sign up saying 'Attack me' and see everyone's content!) Even though it cost us users, we stayed away from it. Google now recognise that they are the right place to do this type of test. And all our work focusing on better audit and reporting, will now give our Admins the best of both worlds.

In a major change to its Drive audit table, GAT now shows the full path for each file and folder for each user. This is another first in Google Drive reporting. For files of the same name this will really help Admins identify where they are in the Domain Drive. Also, if the one file has two or more labels, all paths are shown!
