This is a new trick my cell phone will do and that is slow motion. It shows how the average home own would DIY a surface crack in a foundation wall. There happens to be four layers of crud on this wall that all failed over time. We have to remove this stuff all the time. As you can see it takes more time to add this to our labor cost. Save money have http://www.leakhq.com do basement waterproofing for you the first time.

New Military Vehicle replacing the HumVee

In my studies about #mold, I have learned a lot of things so far. Besides the usual things I have found that mold can use, dander from flaky skin as a food source. People lose #dander all the time and it can accumulate in the carpet and on the floor and on shelves from flying around the room and landing. The inside of the house is actually more conducive to mold growth than the outside. That would be because of the weather outside can be pretty rough whereas the inside is very calm and steady. So when you are doing your inside maintenance and vacuuming you're actually killing a mold food source by cleaning up the place. dander and food particles and pieces of paper and just about anything else that is organic you should be paid attention to because of the mold food source that it makes. Feel free to pass this on. Find More Info at www.leakhq.com

#syntheticmotoroil  is what I swear by. I managed to put 450,000 miles on an old #Chevy pick up that I bought new. When I finally donated it to a charity it still ran well but the windows rusted shut. The floor could see the road go by and finally the steering box froze up. It still ran a-ok. I heard someone bought it and bought a used steering box and rode off with it. I swear by synthetic oil.

I read this article and believe there will be an overhaul of the system of pushing the #middleclass out of existence in the USA if either of these guys gets elected. I believe both of these guys are a democrat stuck in a different body. I would like to see a battle between them. I would like to see and end of the #SuperPac as the single biggest bribery tool out there. I would like to see congress and the Supreme court have to fend for themselves for health care.  I would like to see the entire congress get their pay check docked for not doing their job of working together and getting business done. I would like to see this war end as a waste of time and money. It just so happens that the national debt exactly matches the cost of this war.  It also matches the amount of money it would take to buy every citizen in the USA a brand new Corvette ZR-6 . (Man woman and child) Since I have been retired and on Medicare I believe that is the best and cheapest health care there is and after asking my doctors, they love it. They get paid in hours of you walking out the door. I believe the government is run by bribe taking criminals.  I guess all that makes me normal! On the technical side the stock market made a bottom on Thursday  2-11-16 and I got out with a 10% gain. On Friday I got a buy signal and went long. I am pretty reliable and feel confident the market will advance for at least a short time. The longer the time the better. I believe this article in #Barron's is a bit pre-mature. All depends on how high it goes in coming weeks.

#Darwin award number 76.

After surf fishing on Crystal Beach, Texas, John was fatigued but unwilling to call it at night. The full moon threaten to disturb his nap so John curled up for 40 winks in the darkest place available, underneath his truck, which was parked on the beach. The next morning, a pickup truck was reported abandoned in the surf off Crystal Beach.

The next morning, a pickup truck was reported abandoned in the surf off Crystal Beach. A tow truck driver was called in, and had barely moved the pick up a foot, when he found the body of a 37 year old man embedded in the sand beneath it.

It turned out that the truck was not abandoned after all. As John slept, time passed and the tide rolled back in. The wet sand shifted beneath the trucks weight, and John was trapped beneath it, on able to escape. The beach became his final resting place.

Here is my history for the internet. I started out in computers a long time ago. Probably before most other people did. The first time I ever saw a small personal computer was who knows when. I am thinking 1968. A rich business guy my dad knew showed me a portable Hewlett Packard calculator. It was not pocket size. It was nice looking and about the size of 3 shoe boxes stacked together. He said it was expensive. He said it cost him about $50,000.00 . The next thin a couple years later was by Texas Instruments TI-2510. This was pocket size. Not too much bigger than the ones we have today. It measured 2 7/8" wide by 5 1/2 inches long and 1 3/4 inches thick. It took 4 AA batteries. It had the old style screen. Tiny light up bulbs. See attached pictures Cost new about $75 with tax.
Next in 1977 or so? I actually bought a computer. There was Radio Shack but I didn't like it and one more I forget the name. I went over to see the Apple. I liked that one but it only came in Machine language as the Apple 1. So I waited to get the Apple 2 in Basic. I got the computer. I upgraded the memory from 32K to 48K which was very expensive. I got a green screen monitor. Gray screen looked boring next to it. I got something really advanced which was a 300K Floppy Disk Drive. I had tried the tape drives and decided to avoid that. They never worked the first time. Then I got an Epson dot matrix printer. Very reliable even compared to the latest models these days but noisy and they required a special card. So what did this cost? $5200.00 and keep in mind you could get for that money. How about a brand new Ford 1/2 ton XLT pick up truck. What could I do with it? Not much. There was no Internet? They had newsgroups eventually but not yet. Plus there was almost no software and what was available was extremely expensive. I found a few friends who eventually got an apple. So all we could do was find software that we could try out and trade with each other. Eventually I had a copy of just about everything ever written for the apple. On the other it was like having cable TV. 1000 channels with nothing to watch. So I had figured how to estimate room additions really quickly by hand. I used to build them all the time. I got too many to estimate because estimating one took 4 to 5 hours and an hour to write it all down for the customer. SO I only had time to do 2 or 3 per week. It dawned on me maybe I should do something with my computer to help....So I learned basic and programmed the first relational database for estimating construction in the USA. There was nothing else till the IBM compatible came out. That was 3 to 4 years. I should have saved a copy of that and sent it to the Smithsonian, hahaha. I sold several copies on the Builders Magazine classifieds. It was specialized for me and the guys that bought it wanted it to do other things but I couldn't see any use for it???? What a dope? I had too much invested in the Apple so I was late getting into the IBM Compatible early. SO I waited till the Internet was created and Windows 1.1 came out. What a waste of computing. Those all locked up and never worked well. Bill gates got a reputation of shipping out junk till he got it right then switching over to something new which didn't work. That talk was all over the place. Windows didn't calm down till the early 90's. Those were the days. I built my first real web page in 1995. It was over at http://www.expertcarpenter.com It is still up and running. However it looks like something 21 years old. Not much left. Back in the day I used to be on page one in Alta Vista and then Meta Crawler. No one cared. There was no traffic back then. Then when Yahoo came out I got to page one there. That was all so easy. Just submit all your web pages. I was a bit slow getting into Google when it came out. My wife liked it back then. She still prefers it. I used Yahoo lill thew went goofey. Now I do Google.
