Fun interview I did with Jason Cass.  Enjoy!
When you meet someone new, you shake their hand and their name dissolves from your memory just as soon as they say it. If you’re one of these people, you need to know that memory affects every little thing from your relationships to your business to your own personal development, and you’re about to uncover how these tiny mysteries connect in this next podcast from The Summer of the Weird and Amazing Person series. Robb Zbierski from Freedom Pers...

For my friends in Vegas this week.  And for everyone else as well.
If you only worked five days a year, how well would you do your job?  I had never thought about this question until this summer when I witnessed something amazing.  Ever since Mother’s Day, I pose this question to people […]

John Jr. and Tony have put together an amazing, intelligent, passionate, smart and dedicated team. If you are the kind of person who has a preconceived negative idea about what buying a car is like, please do yourself a favor and go see the folks at AH Ford. And then be prepared to be blown away. I enjoyed my experience so much that I am actually looking forward to going back for my service! And since Sam gave my kids a cookie on our last visit, they are excited to come with me! Bottom line is you can buy a car anywhere. But how many places allow you to have the experience where you can look every person you work with at the dealership in the eye and say, "I trust you guys". I know of one. Keep up the great work guys. I'm leaning on my buddy to get rid of his car and get one from you!

Needed to get a windshield replaced last minute. The CS rep on the phone got me in, and their price was almost half of the competitor's. They got the work done within the timeframe they gave me. Deanna even gave me a ride in her personal car to the coffee shop so I could go get some work done.

Went there to get glasses for my wife; was ignored for 30 minutes while we looked for frames. When we finally tracked someone down, I asked her what their protocol was for prioritizing how they help customers and I was told "First Come first Served", immediately followed by "but we can't pay attention to everyone that walks in and when. Do you know what you want?" Fortunately they had frames that we liked, so the order was processed and we left. Perhaps it was the fact that the A/C was out, but we were treated like cattle in a herd. We received zero help in selecting frames and the sales associate was only concerned with collecting our $$ rather than actually assisting us.

Went there for lunch with high expectations as it was recommended by several friends, unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. Buffalo style calamari was the highlight of the meal and drinks were always refilled quickly. Aside from that, food (burger and chicken fingers) was bland (how do you screw up chicken fingers?) and took a LONG time to get to our table. Ambiance was great though. Looking forward to giving them another chance.
