I would love to rate this company's basement service, but it is impossible to do so, as I had to jump through hoops to even get a quote from them. First, I called and scheduled a quote for 5:30 pm. Waited until 6, no one showed up. I called them, and the guy behind the phone said he had given the driver the wrong phone number, and he didn't come because no one answered when they called. He then gave me the driver's number to call. No worries, honest mistake on their part. I'll call the driver and tell him to come. So then I call the driver, and he says he's now "too far away" to come give me a quote that night! It's been 30 minutes. How fast does this guy drive? I tell him then I need him to come ASAP, and he says he'll move a morning appointment the next day, and call me back in 15 minutes. And then... NO CALL AT ALL. None. Apparently these people don't want my business. The next day I call their office one last time. I get the same guy, who forwards me to the same driver. Driver again tells me in a gruff tone that he can't get time to come my way that day, even though he had told me he would. I tell him I'm going to call another company. His response? Fine. WOW. My basement is still wet, and I just want to pay someone to fix it. I would never give this place my business, I suggest you do not either.
