 "Best Ford Dealership in KC Metro Area"

I looked at 2015 Ford Fusions everywhere, from Lee's Summit all the way to Lawrence and Louisburg all the way to Liberty. Without a doubt I know I received the best deal/price on a 2015 Fusion in the area.   I started off by calling the dealership to inquiry about the a Fusion they had on the lot. Keith Koenigsdorf was able to answer all my questions and in no way was a pushy salesman. I stopped by that day and drove the car. He educated me on the different capabilities of the Fusion as well as honestly answering every question I had.   After the drive, is when I really noticed the "Rob Sight," difference. Normally pushy salesman what you to come in, sit down and talk for another 30-45 minutes. I understand wanting to "build the relationship ect" since I'm in sales but personally after having this experience at every dealership it gets old. As a consumer you just want to drive the car and have the dealership let you know what their best price is (what they are wiling to sell it to you for). I feel as you take a test drive the salesperson is able to get to you know as a customer and doesn't need additional time unless the customer requests it. After the drive Keith asked what I wanted to do next. I was so surprised by the question I almost didn't know what to say.   Due to not being pushy I told him I'd like to see some numbers in terms of purchase price, monthly payment ect. At this point, I met Bob Wright. Bob was a very personable manager but most importantly explained the car buying process to me. He explained every rebate as well as the different financing options. He also put his best foot forward on price because he truly wanted my business. To go along with these things I also wanted to drive a Nissan Altima one more time to compare. To do this I need to leave quickly and rather than trying to keep me at the dealership (typical car salesman stuff) Rob told me to leave a go drive it! He knew the car, price and service would be what truly sold the car rather than talking another 30 minutes.  I returned the next day to purchase the car. I researched everything and still couldn't believe the price I was paying. Sure enough Bob kept his word and we executed the deal.  Now we have all ready horror stories about the finance manager and how they try to pressure you into purchasing a bunch of things you don't need. That is not Brian Phillips at all. He was yet again another straight shooter who explained every warranty and then gave me and my fiance time to discuss which ones we felt were necessary. He even reran numbers for me multiple times to show me I was receiving the best deal while financing the car a certain way. He was very patient and gave us a great deal on the tires and extended warranty.   Overall, I was highly impressed by Rob Sight Ford and will be buying many cars there in the future. I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family.   -Rhett

Ford Motor Co. unveiled a GT supercar Monday with more than 600 horsepower generated by a twin-turbo EcoBoost V-6 engine. The car will be priced above $150,000, said a person familiar with the plan, when it goes on sale 50 years after the original GT40 swept the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

 Rob Sight was the third Ford dealership I visited while shopping for my Escape. I found them to be honest and straight forward throughout the sales process. As someone who has experience with dealerships I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. They emphasize customer experience while also maintaining some of the best prices in town. The F&I office was actually a pleasant experience and I would work with Brian anytime. Overall incredibly impressed.

Looking to buy a new car I performed a search online for the type of car I was wanting. The Rob Sight web page is very easy to navigate. I found the perfect car and sent an inquiry as to the availability of the vehicle. The response time was very good--within just a few minutes. I was contacted by a sales associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was very easy, seamless and I was in my new car within 24 hours. I went in knowing what I wanted and didn't want and was not hassled to upgrade this or that or pressured to buy what they knew I didn't really want. I would most-certainly recommend Rob Sight Ford.

I had my Lincoln MKX serviced by Rob Sight and always felt that Roger Waterfield, Dave Bryant and Jess Newman provided honest, thorough care of my car. So, when I wanted to purchase a new car, I wanted to buy it from Rob Sight because I knew I would continue to get very good service. Meeting Keith, Bob, Brian and Rob just confirmed what I already knew, that all of the staff are very professional and courteous.

From the minute I contacted Rob Sight Ford, I received a high level of attention and very low pressure. The staff was very knowledgeable and understood their role in the decision process was to be responsive to questions and concerns. Everyone was great! No hassle pricing resulted in a very fast buying process. No back and forth with managers. No high pressure tactics for buying accessories. Fast and smooth financing. Totally satisfied with this unique buying experience. We will be back.

I went to Rob Sight to test drive a 2013 Red Ford Explorer. My sales associate, Michael Taylor, was friendly and informative not pushy at all. He explained that the sales force was not commissioned and that Rob Sight used " No Haggle" pricing. I really liked the Explorer and the price seemed ok but the offer on my trade-in seemed low. I began to look for another vehicle like the red Explorer and found that most had more miles, less options and usually a higher price. I kept in touch with Michael Taylor and made a cash offer $500 less than the No Haggle price. He explained very nicely several times that they don't change the price unless a similar vehicle with in 500 miles was priced less. He also told me that they had only had the car ten or so days and it would probably sell at that price but he would tell the sales manager and if anything changed he would call me. I sold my car myself and the morning I did I called Michael Taylor to try and negotiate the purchase of the Explorer. That morning another sales associate had sold the vehicle for the No Haggle price. I had missed out on a good deal. The next day I called and talked to Rich Poe the general manager and explained what had happened. He was very nice and helpful and started looking for a similar vehicle he could sell at the same price. However, as I had found out, a used car packaged the way I wanted was difficult to find. I had passed on the 2013 Explorer and that deal wasn't going to be found again easily. I elected to price a new car and so Michael Taylor put me in touch with Bob Wright, the new car sales manager. Bob was also very easy to work with. He found a similar vehicle for me, priced it very well and helped me receive all the available rebates. I picked up my new car last night and I really like it. Brian Phillips, the business manager, did an excellent job explaining my options for financing and closed the paper work out quickly and easily. I really liked my experience at Rob Sight Ford. Everyone was helpful and friendly and made the experience positive. Try them. You'll like them.

I had worked with Keith ~2 years ago while test driving and pricing a vehicle that we did not end up purchasing. I visited Keith again when I became interested in a '15 Fusion. Keith was low pressure and allowed me to shop in my own quirky manner. He allowed me to drive the Fusion without any fuss and he took me at my word when I said I would reach out to him if I was interested....he didn't hassle me. Keith responded to my detailed inquiry for pricing info included every number I asked for (most did not). In the end, even after multiple rounds of offers by 5 other area dealerships, Keith's first offer was the best. It was a pleasure working with Keith and, should a Ford be considered in our family again, we won't hesitate to visit him and Rob Sight again.

Best car buying experience that I have ever had. I went through the internet department and worked with Bea Morales. She did a great job and made everything simple and easy. I told her what my budget was and what I was wanting/looking for and she made it happen. Quite a pleasant experience with no hassle and no headaches. There was a hiccup (very small) near the end of the process but we were able to work it out in the end. It is refreshing to work with and to know that there is a dealership that has integrity out there. I DEFINITELY recommend Bea and the Rob Sight Ford team. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle from Rob Sight Ford.
