Here is a comment from one our many exceptional employees. It is wonderful to hear such wonderful things from a valued member of the Rob Levine & Associates team. Thank you Jena Forcino for your kind words.

"Hi Rob,

I just wanted to say thank you for the birthday card that I received yesterday in the mail from you. It really means a lot that you take the time out to send a card and write a message that is geared to that specific employee and not just a generic Happy Birthday! Those are the small things that really make a difference with me and it definitely never goes unnoticed. It makes me proud to work for someone that takes time out of their very busy schedule to show each and every employee that they matter.

In regards to your question in the card, I am thoroughly enjoying my new position and am so happy that I decided to take the leap I was so scared to take and venture into a new position. I also want to take a minute to express how touched I am that yourself and so many other people like Mindy, Ana and Stacey had so much confidence in me thinking that I was worthy enough to take on such an important position within the company. I always have confidence in myself that I can do absolutely anything that I put my mind to, but I think the confidence and support that I had from so many during the transition filled in the gap of confidence that I may have been lacking in myself because of how nervous I was to make everyone proud.

Being here for the last year and almost a half has taught me so much and allowed me the opportunity to be part of such an amazing company, team, firm, and family and I couldn’t be more appreciative of that. It has also given me the opportunity to grow and broaden my horizons and experiences with so much. Thank you again for all that you do throughout the year for all of us!

Enjoy your weekend and have a very happy holiday!"

Below is a comment from one our many valued employees. We are so happy to know that our team loves us as much as we love them! Thank you to Socrates Rodriguez for the wonderful comments about the team.

"As it is obvious, we have grown exponentially in the last year. So much that it makes it very hard to get speak and create rapport with one another through all the work we get done on a daily basis. It amazes me how much we have grown. It also makes me proud to have been and continue to be part of this amazing culture.
I never forget that:
We are a diversified mixture of different cultures and beliefs. We are humans beings with a superior intellect compared to other species in this world. Yet we all come from different backgrounds. We have all had to endure trials and tribulations and striven to come out on top while exceeding our own expectations. We all breathe, sleep, eat, feel, and move the same. We are different yet we are the same. We are many yet we are one. We are Rob Levine & Associates. We are here to make a difference in people’s lives. We cannot change the world at once but we can change lives one at a time. "

This past week we received a wonderful comment from Scott! Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your kind words.

"Today, I had a long discussion with Mandy regarding my case/situation. She was the angel you hope to have when at the other end of the line when making a call like this. Accommodating and generous with her time, Mandy had me feeling more at ease with simply talking things out with me. I have been needing someone on my side and I believe I now have... thank you Mandy!
