The state of job descriptions is terrible.

Proven ability to:
- Multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Follow through on details
- Communicate complex ideas across disciplines effectively
- Implement complex and abstract solutions in code
- Strong problem solving abilities

What does any of this do? Useless, useless, useless. We should be ashamed of ourselves and our companies when we post job applications like this.

I think it'd be interesting to have potential candidates write an improved job description as part of their interview/application, to see how much better they can do (and hopefully to give a glimpse into how they code and communicate).
