I have to agree with this. Since upgrading my perfectly working Galaxy Nexus from 4.1 to 4.2, I've had nothing but woes. It's ability to hold a 3G/4G signal is degraded. (I have had to reseat the SIM chip when moving from WiFi to OTA on more than one occasion.) My APN settings were messed up , effectively disabling my MMS, and battery drain has increased.

I haven't hit any issues with bluetooth, tho, but I don't doubt that some people are...

By contrast, 4.2 on my Nexus 7 seems completely fine and stable. Odd.

Sounds more like a radio firmware issue than Android itself.
This is why I have been using CyanogenMod 10 nightly instead of using google releases.
+Rubin Starset it does, except for the whole "the radio firmware is the same between 4.1 and 4.2" issue. No, I think they screwed the pooch with this release. Let's see how long before a patch comes out.
Oh I highly doubt that they didn't bundle a fresh radio upgrade with the 4.2 update.
Pretty sure the radio firmware version is the same - but I'll check when I get a chance
BTW, both my Galaxy Nexus and my Nexus 7 are rebooting like a mofo since moving to 4.2. Oh Google, what have you done, my friend, what have you done?
+Rob DeMillo I'm starting to have weird issues on mine now too with updating to the latest nightly build Cyangogen mod that incorporates 4.2. I'm gonna have to downgrade. My signal went to the NO SIGNAL blank triangle even when 2 seconds before it had full bars 3G and 4G LTE.

I'm thinking the 4.2 Key Lime Pie .... has come out sour and the meringue is rock hard.
+Patrick Roanhouse hah, yes exactly. Its the first android upgrade I've ever had a bad experience with... its our ios6, I think
+Rob DeMillo  I would feel it's more like IOS5 which had a 5.1 update in the first two weeks to fix all the issues with dropped signal and freeze/lockups. IOS6 would say we lost our amazing but getting long in the tooth maps app. The maps app that replaced it put you in the middle of the ocean when you used it and the youtube app was gone.
