When did Google+ switch to a 3 column layout in a web browser? I guess I've been spending too much time on the Android version...  #threecolumn   #googleplus

Occasionally, when my longer than desired hair is driving me nuts, I wonder why I'm doing  #StBaldricks . But then I come across kids like Addison B, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor at just 9 1/2 weeks old. I can't really fathom that. I can't imagine what it's like to be in her parents' shoes. I think the reality for you and me both is that we don't want to think about what it would be like because it's just too painful to even imagine it. Read about Addison at http://www.stbaldricks.org/kids/mypage/5422. Then, go over to http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/makerobbald2014 and donate to what will hopefully some day be the end of childhood cancers.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids who have been touched by cancer are the motivation behind the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. Their stories inspire thousands of people to raise money for childhood cancer research and work towards the day we can Conquer Kids’ Cancers.

Dear +Sprint. Thanks for your recent email expressing concern that I have left for another carrier. Thanks for pointing out the savings that I might be missing out on. That was really thoughtful of you.

As a customer of yours for the past 4 years, I have grown to love and hate you all at once. Yes, your plans are cheaper. I had unlimited talk, text, and even data. Unfortunately, it seems that your business model for offering these services without limit involves me not being able to even access the network a large percentage of my time. After all, if they can't get to the network, then you don't need to worry about all of your bandwidth being used, do you?

I complained online once because I had 4G service outside my office but no service inside, and someone quickly responded. Try this they said. I did, but without any luck. Try that they said, and I did, without any luck. The tech never responded to my last interaction. By the way, I found that whole episode comical (it was clearly interference from the building) until I found out from my IT department at work that they had offered to get in-building repeaters for Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T and that Sprint was the only company that didn't respond.

I've been planning to leave for months now. Your recent marketing groveling has been truly pathetic, though. Free iPhone 6! Free Galaxy S6! Even the best phone on the market for free couldn't entice me to stay. The whole point of having a phone is so that I can use it, and I just can't do that with you guys. It's not me, Sprint, it's you.

So long, and thanks for all the dropped calls!

Rob,
As you may recall many years ago I had Sprint for my long distance on my land line - until they charged me for a call at 3am that I didn't make. I called them and they told me they didn't make mistakes.
So I guess they have been in the practice of charging for services that they don't provide for a long time.

My 7 year old dropped this deep thought today at lunch, out of nowhere...

"Sometimes, when you've lived somewhere for a long time, it's hard to leave because there's so many memories"

He's lived in the same house for his entire life, and no, we're not moving any time soon. #deepthoughts   #kidssaythedarndestthings

In the middle of one of my worst travel experiences ever thanks to +Orbitz. I understand that it's not your fault that my flight was canceled but would it kill you to answer the phone? I've been waiting on hold now for 45 minutes without my call being answered. And yes, I know about your callback feature - it doesn't work. Instead of calling me back when an agent was available, it called me back 2 minutes later and put me back into the on hold queue. Between my 2 calls this morning I've been on hold for OVER 3 HOURS.

I think I'll stick to a more traditional delivery method for my next purchase from +Amazon.com ;)

I've been to Pei Wei probably 10 times since they opened. The food has always been excellent. I don't mind trying new dishes, because I know that no matter what I choose, it's going to be good. Also, I love how they put own spin on classic Chinese dishes. The decor is very modern. It's warm and inviting. The biggest flaw that I see with Pei Wei is the size of the seating area. At the dinner rush, there just isn't enough space for everyone. Because you order and then sit, it's not uncommon to order your food and then have nowhere to sit. Another drawback is that it seems to take a long time to order. When I go to a restaurant where I order and then sit, I expect the ordering process to be fast and not something that takes 10 minutes.
