Dear +Sprint. Thanks for your recent email expressing concern that I have left for another carrier. Thanks for pointing out the savings that I might be missing out on. That was really thoughtful of you.

As a customer of yours for the past 4 years, I have grown to love and hate you all at once. Yes, your plans are cheaper. I had unlimited talk, text, and even data. Unfortunately, it seems that your business model for offering these services without limit involves me not being able to even access the network a large percentage of my time. After all, if they can't get to the network, then you don't need to worry about all of your bandwidth being used, do you?

I complained online once because I had 4G service outside my office but no service inside, and someone quickly responded. Try this they said. I did, but without any luck. Try that they said, and I did, without any luck. The tech never responded to my last interaction. By the way, I found that whole episode comical (it was clearly interference from the building) until I found out from my IT department at work that they had offered to get in-building repeaters for Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T and that Sprint was the only company that didn't respond.

I've been planning to leave for months now. Your recent marketing groveling has been truly pathetic, though. Free iPhone 6! Free Galaxy S6! Even the best phone on the market for free couldn't entice me to stay. The whole point of having a phone is so that I can use it, and I just can't do that with you guys. It's not me, Sprint, it's you.

So long, and thanks for all the dropped calls!

I can only imagine what my wife would do if I turned the living room into a ball pit...

When did Google+ switch to a 3 column layout in a web browser? I guess I've been spending too much time on the Android version...  #threecolumn   #googleplus

Occasionally, when my longer than desired hair is driving me nuts, I wonder why I'm doing  #StBaldricks . But then I come across kids like Addison B, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor at just 9 1/2 weeks old. I can't really fathom that. I can't imagine what it's like to be in her parents' shoes. I think the reality for you and me both is that we don't want to think about what it would be like because it's just too painful to even imagine it. Read about Addison at http://www.stbaldricks.org/kids/mypage/5422. Then, go over to http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/makerobbald2014 and donate to what will hopefully some day be the end of childhood cancers.

My 7 year old dropped this deep thought today at lunch, out of nowhere...

"Sometimes, when you've lived somewhere for a long time, it's hard to leave because there's so many memories"

He's lived in the same house for his entire life, and no, we're not moving any time soon. #deepthoughts   #kidssaythedarndestthings
