Great dojo with all kinds of martial arts to choose from along with a wide variety of cross-fit classes. All the instructors are highly professional and knowledgeable about nutrition, training and motivation. Don't be put off by any conceptions you might have of MMA, this is not a meat head gym and both my kids (5&3) along with my wife also go. Stop in and check it out...way cool.

Oh my GOD! Where do I start...my family and I have been here a dozen or so times and while its a bit more expensive than you might expect for a food cart...the food is peasant gourmet. As good as any Italian food I've had anywhere...including Rome. The owners are a delightful couple who are very knowledgeable about their produce and source from local sources. A Portland original, check it out!!!
