Outdoor cinema (starting at sunset), face painters, children’s activities and entertainment including The Nylon Zoo. Music by Thom Lion, Jessica Braithwaite and friends. Sausage sizzle, food trucks and free popcorn. BYO chairs and blankets. BYO food and alcohol permitted.

A special Australia Day eve outdoor summer screening of the much-loved new Australian classic, Last Cab To Darwin, will be held at the Museum

Wednesday 25 January 2017 - 6:00pm to 11:00pm approx

We are pleased to present another summer outdoor movie screening in the grounds of the Museum, this time featuring one of the best feel-good Aussie comedies of 2015, the delightful Last Cab to Darwin.

Take a twilight tour of the Museum, bring a blanket or a low-lying chair and chill out to some cool pre-movie all-Aussie playlist. BYO food and drinks (incl. alcohol). BBQ food and soft drinks available at the venue.
