4. A need to move to the parish to secure employment or to continue employment locally and have either an existing permanent employment or imminent prospects of employment in a service offered to the village. AND MUST BE:
5. Working families on low to moderate incomes, not in receipt of Local Housing Allowance.
6. Be able to pass credit checks and referencing by Homelet referencing agency.

Offers will not be made, or will be withdrawn, if you have CCJ’s, rent arrears in a private rented, Council or Housing Association tenancy, owe Council Tax or if you have other unpaid housing related debts with the Council or other social landlord.
