I have used Riverchase Car was previously, this is my second time with an older vehicle. I've had a couple issues. 1. Trim on the window was broken. was told by the Manager that he'd discuss with the owner and call me back. I called back about an hour later after I noticed that my cup holder inserts were now missing. Luckily they did have these, had to return to pickup. Was told there was nothing they could do for the broken trim piece, that they only use brushes to lightly brush the dash and trim. She tired to tell me that they didn't even touch that trim piece, I questioned then how did you clean it? She stated there was nothing they could do about an older vehicle trim breaking, that anyone could have touched it tomorrow and broken it. She offered to give me the number to a repair shop an my expense. Needless to say, I will not be returning or referring anyone here again.

Purchased a coupon from Amazon for a windshield chip repair and stopped by their establishment today to redeem. They were VERY hesitant to honor the purchased coupon even though it was prepaid. The new owners spoke in their "native tongue" briefly then told me they needed to charge an extra $15.00 because the chip was "larger than a quarter". I pulled a quarter out of my pocket and laid it on the windshield clearly showing the owner that the quarter completely covered the chip. When he saw this, his reply was " just telling you how it is going to be"....basically he was saying tough sh_ _, you have to pay extra because I said so. I've been an entrepreneur in Birmingham for over 40 years and I assure these people are unscrupulous and you should STEER CLEAR. I wouldn't go back if their services were free and I suspect any positive reviews of this place are phony, too.

This is my go-to car wash on Hoover. Very helpful with scratch repair and quick car washes. Highly recommend.

On Feb. 28th, 2014, my fiance` and I both had our cars washed at your establishment. We have been coming there for over the last two years and until this visit we were adequately satisfied. My car has a flip out screen radio which was closed when I arrived. On this occasion I noticed once I got back in my car that what I was listening to had been changed. I also have a USB drive with a playlist plugged into it. All of this is important because that means that whomever was in my car had to open the screen, look through my playlist to pick what THEY wanted to hear, and then close it again. Turning it down or off would have been okay, but going through my stuff is NOT. The bigger issue: I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager about the problem but she was not in. So I told the lady on the phone my problem and left my name and number for the manager to call me back. About a week later I called again and left another message. A few days ago I called and left yet another message. I have yet to receive a call back. Bad business practice and customer service. So until management at least acts like they care about their clients I will take my $25 - $75 a month elsewhere.

While the outside of my car was clean the inside was not cleaned properly and my door handle broke and they didn t tell me.My car is old and I'm sure it was an accident but the fact that nobody told me is unacceptable. I noticed that once i was back home, too late to do anything about if. I went there because the groupon deal was attractive but I will not go back. I would not use my last groupon and I would not recommend this place.

I honestly don't know much about cars so I used to go to an express wash (currently closed for some reason), but I noticed that my car was still dirty and had many light scratches. When I googled scratch repair, this place came out. I stopped by to get a basic car wash and asked one of the guys for an estimate for the scratches. I left as a happy customer, because of 2 reasons: (1.) they took their time to make sure my car looked good!, and (2.) they gave me a discount for scratch repairs and you can't even see them! Thank you & I'll be back!

No issues. Purchased the $50 Groupon for a basic wax, and upgraded to the 3-compound buff/wax they offer for an additional $100. They didn't try to upsell it to me, I simply requested it and hoped they'd let me pay the difference. Waiting room and bathroom was clean, had decent wi-fi, air conditioned, no issues. Some free coffee/water would've been nice, but whatever. I waited a couple hours for the buff/wax to be done. Car looked fantastic afterwards, really much better than I had expected. Overall, quite happy.

I always get #3 wash here. I sometimes wash it every week but usually every 2 weeks. They use this amazing equipment for interior armor all which I have not seen it anywhere.
