I honestly don't know much about cars so I used to go to an express wash (currently closed for some reason), but I noticed that my car was still dirty and had many light scratches. When I googled scratch repair, this place came out. I stopped by to get a basic car wash and asked one of the guys for an estimate for the scratches. I left as a happy customer, because of 2 reasons: (1.) they took their time to make sure my car looked good!, and (2.) they gave me a discount for scratch repairs and you can't even see them! Thank you & I'll be back!

On Feb. 28th, 2014, my fiance` and I both had our cars washed at your establishment. We have been coming there for over the last two years and until this visit we were adequately satisfied. My car has a flip out screen radio which was closed when I arrived. On this occasion I noticed once I got back in my car that what I was listening to had been changed. I also have a USB drive with a playlist plugged into it. All of this is important because that means that whomever was in my car had to open the screen, look through my playlist to pick what THEY wanted to hear, and then close it again. Turning it down or off would have been okay, but going through my stuff is NOT. The bigger issue: I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager about the problem but she was not in. So I told the lady on the phone my problem and left my name and number for the manager to call me back. About a week later I called again and left another message. A few days ago I called and left yet another message. I have yet to receive a call back. Bad business practice and customer service. So until management at least acts like they care about their clients I will take my $25 - $75 a month elsewhere.

I decided to try this place out because I had puchased a Groupon. When I arrived the people seemed very friendly. Their pricing structure was very difficult to understand with an extra charge for everything. I usually wash my car at Goo Goo which is truly awesome and I would very highly reccommend and only $6, however I tried this place out for the wax package. After they had finished they showed me to my car and I opened the passenger side door I noticed the seat was wet. The guy said they ran it through the wash with the window cracked. When I pulled up both my windows were completly down, because I didn't want my keys locked in the car. They didn't really seem to care that they soaked the seat of my brand new car. I'm worried to go back to use my 2nd Groupon.

Despite taking their time....which isnt so bad due to the awesome job they do, this is the best place in Bham... Great hours, firiendly staff, and a cafe with to die for cooked to order burgers....free internet usage... I moved from Atlanta...just bough a new acura and was in search of good detailer, they impressed me beyond.

No issues. Purchased the $50 Groupon for a basic wax, and upgraded to the 3-compound buff/wax they offer for an additional $100. They didn't try to upsell it to me, I simply requested it and hoped they'd let me pay the difference. Waiting room and bathroom was clean, had decent wi-fi, air conditioned, no issues. Some free coffee/water would've been nice, but whatever. I waited a couple hours for the buff/wax to be done. Car looked fantastic afterwards, really much better than I had expected. Overall, quite happy.

I always get #3 wash here. I sometimes wash it every week but usually every 2 weeks. They use this amazing equipment for interior armor all which I have not seen it anywhere.

I was given this groupon as a gfit. Van's are $4. extra After the Extra and the tip, I would rather had done the job somewhere else. Can't understand the woman at the desk. Not very friendly.

They did a great job on my car, but I had left over $1,000 in cash under my seat (totally my fault - just forgot) and after leaving it was gone! My fault, but the manager with bad english laughed. She said she was the manager and the owner, but after I told her what happened she said I needed to call back in the morning to "talk" to the owner! Wow..where have the good people gone? All my fault, but I didn't appreciate being laughed at and lied to straight up!
