Orange County is full of concrete tilt-up buildings.

If you see cracks, call us.

Cracks in your concrete panels is not good. It's not the paint. It's not cosmetic.

#TiltUp   #Concrete
Through-wall cracks not only compromise the structural integrity of a building but they're a neon sign advertising water intrusion. This is bad -- very bad.

Tomorrow's #ConstChat will be a "bring your own question" day.

You ask the question, I'll formally tweet it, and we'll help each other.

Your project runs smoothly with us because we orchestrate it.
Just as each section of an orchestra looks to the conductor for timing, intensity, and volume - nuances that aren't on the score - subcontractors look to the superintendent for scheduling and timing as well as how to work in that office or manufacturing environment.

"According to FBI statistics, 'Of all burglaries, 60.5 percent involved forcible entry.' Anything you can do to prevent that burglar from entering your business gives you the upper hand. You may have considered better lighting or closed circuit television to prevent break-ins, but what about commercial window film?"  +Window Works
In our last blog post, we addressed the frequently asked questions people have about automotive window film. This is the second in the series, on how commercial window film can protect your busines...

Here's today's recap. :)
Construction Chat is a weekly chat on Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.  If you’re free, we’d love you to join us. We all need breaks. But in our industry (construction and social media) there are so many demands on us for our time.

I've had the pleasure of interacting with Riggins Construction through their social media. I am certain that the great customer service and their interactive nature permeates their company. Although I have not personally had them build anything for me, if I knew of anyone in the area who needed their services, I would not hesitate to give them Riggins' contact information. Highly professional.
