One of the first animals I was a keeper of when I started at the +San Diego Zoo was the Naked Mole Rat collection. I was fascinated from day one and pleased to find a scientific book in our small keeper's library that was filled with vast amounts of information.

To this day we are still learning so much about these amazing little rodents...
