I literally mentioned diphtheria and it's tied into the same vaccination as pertussis. I mean, it's cool if you want to pick and choose what you read but don't bring me down with you.
Let me reiterate
Vaccination is good in some instances. When it comes to polio, diphtheria, pertussis, smallpox, measles etc. and I see there being documented success with these vaccinations. When it comes to the common flu; a healthy immune system and a good diet will aid people. If a person wants to get vaccinated, great. You might get sick from it and you might not - I've heard from both sides of vaccination fans for influenza.
I get sick once a year, same time of the year all the time. It's some coughing and sneezing for a bit less than a week when winter turns to spring. Every year, without fail. I get over it with proper sleep, eating well and taking care of myself.
