Abram Hess: I had a similar experience to the guy above: got an estimate, and the price was good, but it fell off their radar, and I spent weeks calling, emailing, leaving messages, trying to get in touch with someone to schedule the work. Their customer service was very unprofessional. However, once they finally showed up and did the job the work was fine--not bad, not excellent, but reasonable work at a reasonable price. For the price and quality, I think I'd use them again, but beware: their customer service is no good, and it will be a headache getting the work scheduled.
