Construction of our new building is coming right along!

We got one of our awesome construction workers to pause for a moment and wave! He asked if he would be famous and we replied that he probably wouldn't, but to give us a famous smile anyway. And he did.

I just had a great experience working with Ashley--in new car sales at RB Honda. She was very knowledgeable on the various products sold but mainly it was great because she showed so much patience with me! One doesn't buy a new car very often so you feel like you need a lot of help and time with your decision. I did feel like I could take all the time in the world to hear about the cars, test-drive, whatever I wanted. No pressure at all-that is very nice. I hope others have as good an experience with Ashley as I did. She's even making an extra visit this week to my home to make sure I understand and can use all the technology that comes with new cars. Thank you!

We purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V that was transported from another dealership in Iowa. It arrived on a flatbed and delivered clean and fresh to my wife and I. Other dealerships charge extra for such service. Our sales person, Tim and his manager, worked hard to get our business which they earned. Everyone was detail oriented and eager to do whatever could be done to insure a positive experience. I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market to buy a car to visit them. Even if you're not buying a Honda, visit them so that you can see for yourself how selling a vehicle should be done. However, if you're in the market for a Honda, you can't go wrong with them. Once their new facilities is completed later this summer, I'm sure the the experience will be even better!

I absolutely LOVE my new Honda Accord. The car itself is a much needed upgrade from my 2004 Accord, but the service I received from Kent G. and his team at Richfield Bloomington Honda was spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly informed about the options available. Kent was extremely knowledgable and maintained my comfort level throughout the entire process. I have been driving my car for four days now and could not be more happy with the decision I made. Thanks, Kent and the sales and service team at Richfield Bloomington Honda!

Brian was so very easy to work with. He recommended a great car and knew the history of the previous driver, which was very helpful in my decision making process. There was no pressure to buy and he explained the details thoroughly with me about the purchase. I will look forward to visiting with him when I come in for oil changes, etc...

Service Advisor Duane Shocinski is very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and professional. He took the time to explain each and every service that needed to be done and in what timeframes I would need to get deferred services done. He has a positive attitude and his personality shines in the way he carries himself and deals with customers. Thank you Duane for making me a very happy car owner, even if my 18 year old Accord has more issues than Sports Illustrated. You really put my mind at ease! By the way, my real name is John Doyle, I'm just a huge Ric Flair fan.

My dad and I visited RB Honda on a Saturday with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. We ended up there because they had the exact car that I was looking for. When we arrived we walked into the dealership and looked around for a bit, expecting someone to approach us. When no one did, we went back outside to see if someone would come ask if we needed help. Again, no one came. Back inside we went, and still no one. We decided to take a walk around the lot, and noticed a number of sales men sunning themselves on the bench out front of the dealership. After walking around the lot for about ten minutes, I went up to the men and asked if one of them would be willing to help me. Brian agreed and went to get the keys for the car I was looking at. Our experience from that point on was fine, but the first impression I was left with was very poor, and could be improved.

Overall good experience! All though we actually came to buy a Chevy 2500 H D that came in on trade and Not a Honda -the salesman Matt Smith was Great! Our son was with us and is a handful, and talks A LOT, Matt entertained his wild ideas and so did "Grandpa"(as the staff called him) giving him candy as most grandpa's do! This was so cute and melted my heart! We got a Fair deal on our trade and the truck we bought. The Finance Lady Bridget was great also in helping us decide on which additional coverage to go with. As For the "Boss Man" his name was Matt also- We went back and forth with the prices like any dealer does, but was pretty fair in the end and chatted about kids and was good guy too! So a BIG Shout out to You ALL with our Dealings- would recommend to my Family and Friends Thank You Terry, Annie & Chris From Mora,Mn

Richard Howes was a pleasure to deal with. He never really put any pressure on me to buy. It is mainly for that reason and the great deal I was able to get that made me go back to him when I decided that I was ready to buy. I got a brand new 2015 honda civic lx and I love everything about it so far. Definitely going to go back there next time I buy a car, or when a friend is looking to buy.
