We got one of our awesome construction workers to pause for a moment and wave! He asked if he would be famous and we replied that he probably wouldn't, but to give us a famous smile anyway. And he did.

I just recently bought a new Honda HR-V from here. Brad Crosby was my salesperson and he was super helpful and patient with me as this was my first ever car purchase. I felt very comfortable and was not rushed in my decision. The sales and finance teams did not overwhelm me, which was nice in comparison to other dealerships I visited where it seemed I always had multiple people selling to me rather than helping me. The buying process was very easy and went smoothly and I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't need. The atmosphere at the dealership was very nice and helped ease some of the tension that comes with any large purchase. I was highly impressed with the dealership overall and with the sales and finance employees I worked with. Very appreciative of their efforts to HELP rather than SELL. Thank you, I love my new Honda!

I have been a Honda customer since 2008, and it is because of the wonderful service that I always experience. I was recently in a car accident and totaled my 2014 CRV. I went into the RB Honda dealership and was greeted by two nice gentlemen. Temitope Fabunmi ended up taking car of me and got m the manager right away to listen to my concerns and needs. Temi's knowledge, patience and professionalism put me into another lease in no time. He is a wonderful saleman. As mentioned, I have been a customer of Honda's for some time. I was extremely impressed with my sales associate Temi.Fabunmi. He was professional, knowledgeable, and available at all times. He followed up with me following the sale and continued to offer his assistance even after the sale was completed. If you're in the market to buy a car Temi is your man!

The customer service, professionalism and experience was absolutely top notch. I chatted with Jay List on the site, let him know what I was looking for and he had everything ready to go the moment I walked in the door for my appointment. I didn't know leasing a car could be this easy. The dealership is also gorgeous. Great coffee too!

2 days ago I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Jon really went far above and beyond for us, and my husband and I are not necessarily the easiest people to work with. We started looking back in early December and had a vague idea of what we wanted and then changed our minds, then came back. Then wanted to pay less for the car, wanted to think about it, wanted to charge it rather than finance it. Jon never gave up on us though - kept calling to check on me, ask what I was thinking, talk about the car, etc. He was truly awesome and I would (will) recommend this place to everyone and suggest they work with him. Neng is another sales person and he's quite nice too.

I recently bought an HR-V from RB Honda, I would give the sales associate we dealt with, Ron Gholson, five stars, I would give the finance dept., specifically Bridget Quinn-Engstrom, one star. Ron was very easy to work with, he got me the car I wanted, without a lot of hassle, plus he's a nice guy, no hard sell or pressure. When we went to pick up the car, and dealt with Bridget, the problems began. We had to wait hours to even get into her office, once we were there we felt very pressured into buying extended warranties etc. She really made Honda sound like a terrible company with awful products, she spoke like this car was going to be breaking down pretty regularly, and rusting within a few years. I wasn't allowed to research the products she was pushing in advance, or read the fine print, and we were worn down by the whole process, I agreed to a package that included the extended warrantee and some weather protection. I only agreed to it because Bridget assured me it would be easy to cancel if I changed my mind. After reading up on the products, and the fine print on what I would have to maintain in order to not void the warrantees, I decided to cancel all of them. Bridget was not happy, to say the least. Cancelling everything became a colossal hassle, which took over 3 MONTHS to finally get completed. Because cancelling the warrantees was time sensitive, I sent numerous emails, phone calls, and texts to Bridget, no resolution. We stopped in person at the dealership multiple times and spoke with just about everyone in the finance dept., except we never got to see Bridget. We were repeatedly assured she would take care of it, or the people we spoke to said they would look into it and get back to us, but NO ONE ever got back to us, ever! Eventually she paid back a portion of the money to my loan, for some of the warrantees, without including the tax I was charged. I finally sent her an email detailing the balance owed, and copied it to the general manager, Tim Carter. I have no doubt that the only reason she finally paid off the balance was because I sent it to Mr. Carter. This whole experience has been horrible, because of Bridget. I will never buy another vehicle from RB Honda, and when I need to take my car in for service etc., I will go to Inver Grove Honda, I hear great things about them. I wish I had gone there in the first place, but RB Honda was closest to our house. I would gladly have driven a little further away to avoid having to deal with this whole fiasco, I suggest anyone looking for a new Honda do the same.

My wife and I are so happy with our 2016 Honda Accord Sport!! We are deeply grateful with our Lord Jesus Christ for Blessing us with this nice Blessing and are also thanking God for the Honda team in Richfield, Mn who attended to our questions and concerns explaining the whole process on how a lease worked. Special thanks to the sales rep who helped us out: "Temitope Fabunmi" because he was always attentive and helping in every area of the sale. I feel he explained things very clear and efficient, apart from being a great child of God he is an awesome Sales man too! I would definatly recommend this dealership and Temi to anyone who is interested in checking out some new cars!! God Bless You All!!!

My name is Jill and here is my story... Thursday, January 14th was the day that I was due to turn in my leased car. Before I went to my appointment, I took a peek on-line to see what I could find. There were a few that looked promising but I knew that I did not want to buy from a private party. I've owned a lot of cars in my day. My father was a lifetime career car salesman and I've had my own car since I was 16. FYI...My first job was at Wally McCarthy's on 494 and I was the official Saturday hotdog and popcorn girl. So, I dropped off my leased car and test drove the ONE used car that they had for the price point that I was looking for but it was only o.k. I decided to go to your dealership to see, if by chance, the car I saw on line was still available. I was promptly greeted and helped immediately. I met Rick Howes, Grandpa Rick, and was very impressed. He let me know that the car was still in stock and he would pull it upfront for a test drive. Honest is huge for me and that he was. The test drive was better than I ever expected being that the last one was a flop. I fell in love with the car, the price point and Rick. We got back to the dealership and I knew it was the one. We filled out the paperwork and I went into the beautiful waiting room. There I met Ashley West who was so sweet and personable. She went over some particulars and was very interested to see if there were any questions that I needed answered. Not long after that I met Mark Rubey. We went back to his office and filled out the proper paperwork and paid for the car. Not only was the experience of buying my car fast and easy, but they washed my mothers car for her when the other dealership claimed that their car wash was closed due to cold weather. She was so happy with your service that she plans on leasing her next car with you. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had and how much Rick had my best interest in mind. Thank you so much for my new ride and I will refer anyone who asks me, where to go for a car ,to your dealership. Might I also add that your dealership showroom is extremely beautiful!
