Spoke to EA chat only to be told to contact phone support
Spoke to phone support only be told that this is an ongoing issue effecting everyone under the age of 16 (something I was already aware of).
They then asked for my email where they sent me a link to their forum thread on the issue (which I was also aware of)
The forum thread has since been locked (with 100 pages worth of comments) and another has been opened (which currently has 30 pages worth of comments)
I have been letting my brother buy Fifa points for Ultimate Team, couple of days ago he comes to me saying that he has been unable to play it for a good week now with the error message that it can't connect to EAS FC servers.
I look online to find that other people have also been having this problem during the same period and it has something to do with the fact that they have "accidentally" blocked all players under the age of 16.
I couldn't believe this was the case so I go into EA live chat to find that I have to wait approximately 45-50 minutes.
After a good looking around I find this page which hasn't been updated in a week (they recommend you look on their twitter but nothing on there)
