Westend Star, Motivational Speaker, Business Speaker, Facilitator, Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist… Richard has successfully combined two areas of expertise: The art of performance and behavioural psychology.
He originally trained at Guildford School of Acting in Musical Theatre and has performed in many lead roles, such as Raoul in Phantom of the Opera. Most recently he was invited to be a part of the 25th anniversary performance of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall.
Over the last decade he has trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Spiral Dynamics and Clinical Hypnotherapy. The unusual combination of these two specialisms has allowed Richard to develop a unique tool for impactful and insightful team, Leadership and Organisational development.
Richard Tyler is a sought after corporate and business speaker and has had many speaking engagements with large organisations in the public and private sector, such as T Mobile, Orange and the NHS as well as on Radio Shows.
Richard is known for his quick wit, for customising his speech to suit the client and purpose and his ad-hoc ability to react to audience input. This means, he does not have any off the shelf keynote speeches, but works with you to say what is most relevant. His speeches involve audience participation in a fun yet provocative way. He is not one for light entertainment!
