I love my life in Los Angeles not least because of the excellent, civilized weather. But it’s hard to overlook the lack of rain. Months go by with nary a drop to be seen.

A couple of months ago when I was at my Acura dealer for routine service they told me my TL needed a front-end alignment and quoted $165 to get the work done then and there. The price sounded a little much to me (verified by my friend the Acura salesman) so I decided to look elsewhere. Today I found myself a few days short of leaving for a very long road trip and remembered the alignment still needed to be addressed. I had received a mailer the day before from Wiygul so I called and inquired, was quoted $109 and told I could wait for the car if I liked. So today I dropped the car off and went to lunch with friends. When I returned a couple of hours later the Customer representative had a bunch of colorful printouts to show me as he explained that only one of my four wheels (yes, Acuras align on all four) was the slightest off and that so insignificantly it was hardly worth addressing - although they had. When I asked how much he said "Nothing. We don't charge for these types of inspections. There is nothing to charge for." I walked in thinking I was saving $56. I walked out having saved $165. I can't (yet) speak to the excellence of the work that Wiygul does because due to their honesty none was performed. I'll let you all know in future because these are my car guys from here on out. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Oh, did I mention that my family has been buying cars from the Acura dealer for more than 20 years and having them all serviced there? I had a great deal of faith and trust in them. Now I'm wondering just how much my loyalty to them has cost us.Thank you Wiygul! You earned a new customer the hard way: by doing nothing and being extremely honest about it. I'm now wishing I had something that needed repair. I suppose that will come soon enough. -Richard Harrison

I was really on the edge whether to try cleaning or just chuck it and get new carpeting. Astrobrite said they could get virtually anything out and noted the exceptions that they couldn't. I decided on the cleaning. They were true to their word and turned a carpet that had been badly used for nearly five years into a once more attractive and clean expanse. The service is pricey but I've just never seen a commercial process that worked as well as this did. If you think you've got an impossible situation you might want to check with Astrobrite before ordering that new floor covering. This easily saved me more than $3000. There is value here.
