My review of Google's HDMI dongle.
While device ecosystem giants such as Microsoft, Apple, and Sony continue their battle for your living room by plopping yet another box under your TV, Google goes straight to the source with their Chromecast HDMI dongle.  Weighing in at just thirty-five dollars, Google’s tiny entry to your TV eliminates the need for a remote of any kind for a device you already own.  If you subscribe to Netflix, set Google Chrome as your default web browser on yo...

What a week that was, I dissect the hostility that carried on throughout the week.

I'm streaming my playthrough of Halo 4's Champions DLC.

The #XBOXOne is a solid console.  The OS is smarter, an accessory that was once $150 is bundled with every console, and a sleek and clean looking controller.  I'm glad that Microsoft is also bringing the once herald "Gamer's baseball card" up a notch with a better achievements system and Game DVR.

What pains me the most is how console manufacturers don't trust the end user with it's content.  We are entering an era where gaming is becoming more social; this includes streaming let's plays, sharing the experience online, and yes, sharing/loaning my purchased games to my friends and family.

With no price point or solid release date, it leaves a bitter taste in a lot of enthusiast's mouths until the industry's big show, E3.  My prediction: $399, November 15th.  #E3, Sony, the ball is in your court. #XBOXReveal
