Such an incredible screen for the time. I remember fondly seeing all of those mini scrollers blast onto my TV and being blown away. Awesome stuff. Not sure YouTube does it justice (even at 1080p 50fps)

Some of my favourite PD games: anything by AnimalSoft - Color Clash, Fatemaster, Psycho Pig 2, Sim Pig, Super Psycho Kart. The Sinister Software remakes of Asteroids and Painter. Pacman on Es, a bomberman clone I forget the name of :( (was excellent, worked on Falcon too, up to 4 players)

Thanks for the suggestions, Richard! I've played Asteroids, Painter and Pacman on E's, and I've heard good things about Color Clash, but the others are new to me. I think I've played the Bomberman clone too. For some reason, Sim Pig is really appealing to me... :D

I didn't see much sweat, swearing or tears for that matter - but really nice all the same, looking forward to the next part!

Brilliant episode :) I'm an avid 8/16-bit magazine collector (I have complete collections of C+VG, YS, SU, Crash, etc!) and it was great to see them covered here. I've always loved magazines and it's a real shame they don't really exist any more. The web may have taken their place, but the printed page is such a great thing too :)

Ahh ST Action, definitely one of the better gaming mags! (never quite reached the lofty heights of The One though, but still very good)

Wow. Sounds great. I only started buying them later when they turned platform specific, so I missed out on that stuff, I think. I'll have a look at some later. Thanks for the recommendation.

Think I'll wait for the reviews. It looks fun but a bit shallow, with very Flash era graphics. Voice over was truly awesome though! and could easily be far more involved than the video appeared. Hope so anyway as it's a classic concept and should work with 4 players really well.

Looks awesome - an instabuy :) Just wish it covered 16-bit stuff too!
