Introduction
Rich Baker is a passionate and experienced senior internal communications manager and employee engagement expert. 

He is passionate about the 'win-win' at work; creating an environment where people can excel and organisations prosper. Rich has led large and small teams to success, developed award-winning internal communications channels, launched the world's first corporate instant donation-matching website, and pioneered the use of twitter for customer service in the UK.

In 2015 he joined the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) as a region director and was elected to the board in 2016.
