Honored to be included in this article about the relaunch of +Social Media Charlotte

#SocialMedia   #Charlotte
When Social Media Charlotte first came on the scene, Twitter was relatively new, Instagram wasn’t even an idea – and you can forget about Snapchat.

For those who like outdoor travel, there is a crowdfunding project for an Organic LED light that DOES NOT attract bugs.

There is only 23 hours remaining and it is $2,000 away from being fully funded.
Alex Khayat is raising funds for TripLit: The World's First Portable OLED Light on Kickstarter! The cutting-edge OLED technology-based lamp for outdoor activities & everyday living that's energy efficient and does not attract bugs!

only $800 away now from being funded... and 19 hours remaining.. definitely looks like it will hit the goal. For outdoor adventure travelers, these should come in pretty handy.

Not really a review I ever wanted to make, but Calvin-Cook were so helpful during our toughest moments that I feel like I have to let everyone know who are in need of their services. My brother, Mike Tucker passed away unexpectedly at the age of 38. I can't even put into words the sadness of that week. The staff at Calvin-Cook were professional and accommodating. They did everything they could to make the most difficult 3 days of our lives as manageable as possible. Their facilities has multiple overflow options that were able to the very large number who came to pay their respects and support our family. Thank you - Rich Tucker

A month ago, I injured my lower back working out. It would hurt bad standing up after sitting. After standing and stretching for a while the pain was manageable. I was even able to still lift weights after stretching with a foam roller. The pain persisted for a month and then my wife signed us up for a 5K race [I was not aware she was doing this]. Prior to hurting my back, my typical cardio workout was playing basketball, so on the Tuesday before the Saturday 5K I decided to push myself to play basketball. It did not end well... I hurt my lower back much worse to the point that the next morning I had difficulty walking. I had never been to a Chiropractor... but I wanted to get my back checked out to see how much damage I had done and to see if it was at all possible I could run in the 5K. I found Dr. Leibman on Google and gave Matthews Chiropractic a call. They were able to squeeze me in on Thursday. After figuring out my pain spots and positions that caused pain, Dr. Leibman used several different therapies to loosen up my back. I decided to come back on Friday for another session to try to get ready for the Saturday 5K run. After my Friday appointment, my back felt much better but I was still concerned it would hurt the next morning before the race. I woke up before the race with very little pain. I ran the race with no pain. I'm not a big runner, but I finished the race in under 30 minutes which is better than the last time I ran a 5K. Plus, I beat my wife who happened to beat me the last time we ran a 5K. :) The pain in back persisted for a month before I really hurt it on Tuesday. I know there was no way I would have been able to run the 5K without my visits to Dr. Leibman!
